I visited Gangnam Hotpot and had a decent experience. The broth options were flavorful, and the ingredients were fresh, especially the meats and vegetables. However, the overall experience felt a bit lacking. The service was okay—the staff was friendly, but they could have been a bit more attentive. The restaurant itself was clean, but the ambiance felt a little rushed and not as cozy as other hotpot spots. Also, while the food was good, I felt like the flavors didn’t stand out as much as I hoped. It’s a solid spot for hotpot, but there are definitely better options nearby. I’d give it another try, but there’s room for improvement.

I was walking by East Broadway and saw the Poster to the restaurant, so we went to Division St as the entrance is in the Division St. and I would say the best walk ever! watch some videos I uploaded, to see what I am talking about. Gangnam BBQ is a Precious Gem. The ambience is +++, and they offer $7 discount on Mondays for dinner. We order grill/ BBQ for very affordable price. The marinated short ribs is my favorite, so juicy and tender. the appetizers are amazing as well, they even have sashimi is so fresh, they have variety of vegetable options for grill. My son enjoy all the meat offering plus they have gis ice cream for desserts. The Staff are all well attentive, they even told us couple of times to change the cast grill even we don’t ask for it. The ambience take my breath away…. so beautiful. I really recommend this place for hot pot and BBQ, it’s clean, fast service, good options, great desserts and great price value. chef’s kiss…

Great place for lunch. They have a $20 lunch special as of May 27, 2025. You can add $5 if you want both Hot Pot and BBQ. They have a good selection of drinks and food bar. Which is nice. The ice cream is the old school cups with the paper lids. The food is good. They even help you cook the meat. The staff is super helpful and friendly.

Came here with my two kids and they were given cute aprons to eat and cook. They especially enjoyed the sushi/fruit/ice cream buffet and we had a fun time making our sauces. They have a fridge full of canned sodas and cake as well! Amazing value. I appreciate the smaller portions so you don't end up wasting any food but you can keep ordering them and grabbing as many veggies as you want from the produce area. The staff was super friendly and attentive, esp David who gave us keychain souvenirs! Wishing this new restaurant lots of success! We will be back for more yummy, fun times!

As you see on the sign right outside, it CLEARLY says "join us at the bar/lounge for a free drink". We went in, had multiple drinks and food. Then I politely asked for the free drink that they had a sign for outside. The bartender (who was not even friendly and looked like she didn’t wanna be there) straight up lied and said they only had BOGO drinks for people who were eating food at the tables. So why have that sign out then??? I have been here a few times and was always offered the "free drink" at the bar. Either remove this sign or stick to your words…it’s simple 🙂. Misleading, fake deals, don’t get scammed
