bb.q Chicken Naperville

Omg, it's so good. Chicken is very crispy and juicy. The honey garlic sauce is outstanding. We got the Cheesling fries & they're odd... In A Great way!! Powder cheese and some sweet sauce drizzled. My husband and I are in Love with this food! ✨️✨️✨️UPDATE!✨️✨️✨️ We ACTUALLY came back over 6 months later when we were back in the area. Still SO amazing!

TLDR, avoid this location inside HMart. Pick a different one. Had my first taste of bb.q chicken last week in TN. Was excited to find one close to my hotel here in Chicago. The chicken was disappointing this time around. The one in TN had super crunchy but tender and juicy chicken. This one was soggy and chewy, although I had picked it up within 20 minutes of placing my order. Didn't even finish it, it was so bad. The cheese balls were yummy, though.

Been waiting 40 minutes for a 8 piece boneless as I watch 20 people get boxes of food to go. And then at 30 min I asked whats taking so long she asked if I want to cancel how rude makes me feel like ahe didn't want to make my black son food

Another great place inside of H-mart food concession area. A bit pricey for chicken but definitely worth the price. So many flavors to choose from, pick your flavor. Stop by and support this local small business.

Bought carryout of golden chicken here from the app. The app experience was okay, as it glitched out once and was slow. But once I stayed with it it did place my order. It said it would be ready within 23 minutes and it was done within that time. The place itself is in a good court area south of the H Mart. It is a nice court and I was able to walk up and get my order after they verified who I was. Chicken was great and crispy which is all I could ask for!

The order process is a nightmare! App showed ETA of 38 minutes, but would have been almost one hour! I drove over 30 minutes in the snow & there were eight orders before mine. Woman at counter had no idea when my order would actually be ready & when I requested she cancel it, she told me to call Doordash. I said I ordered via the app & she said I could cancel on the app. NO YOU CAN"T! A man finally came out from the back & showed her how to cancel my order using the register right in front of her. I don;t care how good everyone says it is, I will never return to the Naperville location. It's in a food court adjacent to H Mart that is cold, crowded, messy, & has no private tables.

Today we had the opportunity to eat at bb.q Chicken in Naperville at the H Mart. OMG, it stayed crispy even after adding sauce. Not to mention a variety of sauces and the chicken was extremely moist and juicy. If you’re ever in the are, try it out, we can’t wait to return.
