Mountain Mike's Pizza

Zuleima is the best. Her customer service is superior. She was very pleasant and helpful. After a tough morning at a local care facility not only did she listen she laughed with me. The pizza was perfectly cooked. Shout out to her and the crew. It’s rare these days to receive that level of top tier customer service like she delivered.

Oh my ! We hadn’t been here in about a year … Looks great… The atmosphere the music the staff are all AMAZING. Africa has the most sincere ,kindest demeanor and is inviting with exceptionally great customer service ! Kitchen shout out now let’s mention Maria… Oh she can get down with some kitchen skills . Pizza 5 Star at its finest! SPORT FANS COME ON IN .. ALL DIRECT TVS ARE ON . The music is GREAT . Shazam your jams !

The Mountain Mike’s on Trancas in Napa has excellent service. The pizza I had ordered for pick was ready when I arrived to pick it up. I ordered a large Everest pizza was nice and hot. The pizza was delicious! I bought a root beer soda and accidentally left it on the counter! It would have been a perfect compliment to the delicious pizza! Thanks Mountain Mike’s!

Shoutout to Angel Solorio! Internet was down, and we were a party of 16, everyone paying separately….once our group learned that paying by credit card wasn’t an option, we handled amongst ourselves and some getting cash from a nearby ATM. In the meantime, Angel had to deal with several of us being unprepared and a bit grumpy. He maintained professionalism, was calm and kind, as well as apologetic, but most of all, genuinely smiling and making sure our club’s Holiday Party was still a fun event. Great job handling a tough situation.

We were on vacation in Napa and my cousin brought us to Mountain Mike's for dinner. It is a nice sized restaurant for a pizza place. It was a bit loud in the ordering area between the music and the customers. The night we were there, there was a large group of high school athletes and a few families. I also noticed a few people who came in to pick-up orders. They have 5 sizes of pizzas to choose from. We ordered a large combo pizza and a small pepperoni. If you dine in, they have a self-serve fountain soda machine. Napkins, chili pepper,and parmesan were on the tables. We couldn't really hear the music at the table where we sat, by the windows closest to the parking lot. Our pizza took an average time to make and come to our table. In the pictures, you can see the difference in size between the small and the large slices of pizza. The pizza was average, not the best I have ever had, but certainly not the worst. The pepperoni was a bit greasy between the cheese and pepperoni, which I guess is to be expected. The combo pizza, I am not sure which my cousin ordered, had a lot of toppings. The veggies really didn't seemed cooked. I am not sure as to what stage of baking they are added to the pizza, but the onions, peppers, and mushrooms almost seemed raw. They were fresh, so that was okay. It was just a different style of pizza than I was used to. I guess it is a chain/franchise pizza place, so by eating here you are supporting a local business owner. From what I could see on Google, there are less than 2 dozen pizza places to choose from in Napa. This one is family-friendly. The parking lot does get a bit full because they share it with another restaurant and a tire shop..

Pizza is fresh and hot, so are garlic knots. I tried the new jalapeño hot garlic not-knots which are YUM. Cheese pull is nice and the classic cheese was flavorful for sure! Cashiers are friendly and helpful

My wife arranged for lunch today, 20240428, for about 20 people. Everything was ready when the group arrived, food and service were great. My wife arranged everything thing with Africa and she did a great job. Everyone left happy.
