I got take out for my first time. Storefront is clean and lots of tables I got the spicy orange chicken bowl with crab Rangoon and enjoyed it. They primarily serve bowls and the protein:rice ratio is about average for what most competitors offer, from what I recall.

I've never once in 30+ visits not been blown away by how amazing this location is! Everything is always super fresh, always cooked to perfection! Everything is so flavorful, staff are always sweethearts, never had a pickup order not ready by the time I get there. I've frequented a lot of places over the years, but never felt valued for my business like I have here! I really appreciate all they do, in such a great location to boot!

Awesome service! Dylan helped me and was super friendly and helpful. The dine in space is really clean and brightly lit. I really enjoyed my lunch, the food quality was top notch - I found the protein portions to be generous. The menu is straightforward and so far everything I’ve tried has been really well prepared. My to go order was ready very quickly.

1st time to this location on 29th. The second I walked in the door I was warmly greeted by Sam. She was enthusiastic, friendly, helpful and professional. Food was cooked to order, hot and fresh. Lobby was spotless. Looking forward to dining here more often. Crab rangoons were great. Chicken teriyaki was very flavorful.

I was there about a week ago and was pretty surprised about the delay. Me and someone else waited 30 minutes for our pickup orders. I left and came back and it still wasn’t ready. Other people who arrived after us received their food earlier. There were at least 10+ people, including dine-ins, all waiting for their food. The cooks are, to be frank, inefficient, unorganized and unprofessional. They were completing tickets out of order, cussing loudly, very clearly pissed off, and not listening to the very good employee, Athena, at the front. All of her communication about the tickets and timings went through one ear and out of the other. I’ve worked in busy downtown restaurants as an expo with 8 years of experience. It was brutal to watch. Athena had to frequently be stern with them, ask them not to cuss as there were children there, and repeat herself multiple times but she did it with professionalism. I understand being slammed… just organize your tickets and please be professional while customers can hear you. To reiterate, Athena is a wonderful employee! She was extremely kind and apologetic to everyone. Really good job!!

I ordered pickup for the first time, really hoping it would be great. Got spicy chicken teriyaki and regular in the big bowl with mixed veggies and fried rice. I found the portions to be lackluster on the meat. $19 for chicken on a double order should get me 3 or 4 chicken breasts/tender cuts or 6-8 chicken thighs, I'd say it was half of that, then cut in half. The seasoning was good, but they give you one tiny cup of teriyaki sauce, then charge $.75 for additional. I legit stopped on the way home and bought more sauce from Soops. The people were nice. Seemed completely dead, aside from pickup/DoorDash. The cooks were snipping at each other, but I think it was in fun and because they messed up an order. Bottom line, I will travel 30+ minutes to Teriyaki Wok in Fort Collins, before ever going here again. Sad, because I love a good teriyaki joint. Don't take my word for it though. Always give these joints a shot. Maybe it was an off night. Just not what I was craving and going elsewhere makes sense for me.
