Sushi Blue

Been here a few times now and let me say they are very good! I was impressed by the presentation of what I ordered, it's like an art for them! The taste is great too! Tuesday-Friday they have an amazing lunch menu till 4! Great price for the lunch special! Very friendly staff and a great atmosphere too! The only thing I wish they would do is get a fountain drink machine because they only serve canned pop. To sum it up they are a very friendly place to get very tasty sushi! Would recommend!

Such a great meal, glad we checked it out and we can’t wait to come back. I came with 3 teenagers wanting to have a fun meal and we left full and happy. Sushi was amazing with beautiful presentation, bento box and kimchi fries were delicious and ended their night with a deep fried Oreo. Prices were perfect too. Angie was amazing, attentive and made the night a fun experience for our family. Thank you!

We have been twice! The food is amazing. Quality ingredients. Service with a smile. The ramen was rich with flavor. Chefs choice sushi was great both times. We are looking forward to trying the sushi battle ship! For desert, a tempura fried Oreo! 10/10 recommend.

Friendly and attentive service. Lunch service on a Friday wasn't busy. The place is cozy but enough seating. Menu has plenty of options with a good lunchtime selection. The Ramen was well seasoned and a good serving. The sushi plates were well presented and tasty. We will be back to try more from the menu.

I stopped in to try Sushi Blue and it did not disappoint! The Dancing Shrimp Roll was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully made. You can really taste the quality of their ingredients and the care that goes into every dish. The atmosphere is clean and inviting, and the staff is so friendly. Livonia is lucky to have this new spot — I’ll definitely be back to try more!

Updating review after visiting a dozen or so times. This is the best sushi i’ve found in the area by far. The service is always welcoming and the sushi chefs always take lots of pride in their dishes and the presentation is stunning along with the quality of the fish. I tend to get the chef’s choice sushi combo’s which showcase the fish well. I’ve also tried a few rolls which have all been delicious as well. Highly recommend stopping in!

We just had an incredible dinner at Sushi Blue in Livonia, and I can't say enough good things! This place is a true scratch kitchen gem—fresh, high-quality ingredients and the kind of creative sushi where you can truly customize everything. Want to mix and match? Add extra toppings or tweak your favorites? They make it happen with a smile. Our server, Angie, was phenomenal—the absolute best! Attentive without hovering, super friendly, and genuinely cared that we had a great time. Service was impeccable from start to finish, and the food came out lightning-fast without sacrificing quality. The sushi itself was outstanding—beautifully presented, bursting with flavor, and perfectly executed. My autistic stepson is extremely picky with food, but he absolutely loved his meal here (ate every bite and was smiling the whole time). That alone makes this place a winner in our book! The whole team was so warm and welcoming—it's rare to find a restaurant where everyone feels so genuinely nice. We will 100% be back soon (probably very soon!).
