Incredibly rude employee. Been a customer for YEARS and the older asian gentleman was trying to charge me $0.30 for a SAUCE PACKET. Not the larger sauce cups which I would understand, but the Waba sauce packet that they give free with every order. He then made snarky remarks about me not wanting to pay the $0.30 and "oh the $10 discount wasn't enough" (since I had spent $140 and got a $10 reward!) IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS and then the cherry on top he asks the next customers if they wanted sauce for free!! He then explained that sauce packets are free if you purchase in store but if you order online they are not free, so since I placed a pickup order I would have to pay for sauce, which makes ZERO sense. He was very belittling. Insane way to treat a customer who has been coming there for years and after telling my mom she reported that she has been treated similarly recently too by the same guy. The last time I am ever going to this location which is a shame since I've been coming here since grade school and have spent hundreds of dollars if not more here. Lost a lifelong customer over a sauce packet. Hope it was worth it Waba.

Overall, I LOVE their Chicken Bowls, and House Salad. Only 4 stars because the dining area needs remodeling, and if you order delivery - easy sauce is not always easy, (give us dressing on the side) and the avocadoes are sometimes tiny or not ripe.

I knew this location had been there a while. I went there after banking at Wells Fargo. Ordered several bowls. It was delicious, healthy and worth every penny. Will be my now go to takeout meals!

Ok but not great. The salad was dosed in so much dressing as to be soaked in it. Had a Waba plate, the beef was basically finely shredded super thin slice it was hardly recognizable as steak and way overcooked. The chicken was decent for teriyaki chicken. The dumplings were pretty good. Fast for reheated food, probably would not go there unless there were no other better choices.

Boom boom sauce with the sweet and spicy chicken is the way to go.

Good food, I got the chicken veggie rice bowl and love the taste and texture. Their dumplings and edemame were very delicious as well. Thanks for a great meal!
