Flame Broiler

Server Mary gave me the wrong order. I told her I ordered chicken and white rice when I came back. She lied again in person and said it is white rice when it is clearly brown rice. Not coming back to this flame broiler. She already had an attitude in the beginning and is obviously disgruntled. Please retrain this personnel with good customer service and to fully verify the complaints!

The food was excellent! It came out fresh. And fast for how busy it was! The service was great too. It was a manager and another employee I think. I think the manager Rang me up/took my order. And he was the only one working, because the other worker was taking his well deserved lunch. Suddenly there was a bit of a rush: DoorDash, online orders, more dine in, etc. He could have really used the help, but being a good manager/ colleague, he didn’t disturb his lunch. He diligently got through every order, and every customer, and was so kind and polite to everyone- even given the stress of the rush. The atmosphere is totally fine, I think it’s an excellent place to sit and eat your food indoors, out of the sun, and it’s pretty quiet in there (no music. No tv). But I think they could totally add more photos or decorations to the walls! Make it a little more inviting maybe. Otherwise, my food satisfied my hunger, the atmosphere was calm, and my food was hot and fresh and well packed. Thank you flame broiler of aliso Viejo

Usually a go to family favorite. Not tonight. Hardly any chicken with the plate or bowl. At $34.00 for two bowls and one plate I definitely expect more than a few scattered pieces of chicken. Usually very pleased with the quality and quantity, but tonight was so disappointing. We probably won't be back for a while.

I came in here and was greeted by Maria. She’s very nice and pleasant. This place can use an update. The owners should do a better job in taking care of this place. They need to do better with updating the place and with their food. The food was absolutely horrible. It tasted like days old. It’s not fresh. I understand they maybe had chicken made from the day , but how long ?? The chicken tasted so rubbery and so hard to chew because of how stale it felt. I would not be returning and anyone reading this don’t risk coming here. I get sad when I order food just for me not to be able to enjoy it and there goes my money in the trash. Please owners do better.

They usually do pretty good, just double check you get your drink before you leave

Today we stopped by to eat and the cashier "mari" was very rude. I was waiting to order the food and she made me wait standing there and said to me in a rude manner "I'm busy, so you have to be patient and wait, I responded that was okay but definitely felt very uncomfortable and told her to give a better customer service. She talked back to me and told me to leave the place, so rude and disrespectful . She was also bothering the guy that was working in the kitchen, telling him not to give too much food to the customers. ( in front of me!) Her attitude was bad, I can't believe the owner doesn't do anything to remove her. Definitely I will not come back there. I don't recommend this place to anyone here in the area . This lady has no manners and know nothing about customer service

AVOID THIS PLACE!! worst experience ever - standing at the counter for a few minutes, unacknowledged by anyone, then as i am standing there with a canned beverage (because the fountain machines don’t work) the manager(?) tells me that they are "on break" at 3:50pm on a thursday and there’s nothing she can do?!?!? if you are in a break and can’t serve people, close!
