Nothing short of a health and wellness paradise. Beautiful assortment of organic vegetables, fruits and exotic meats. They have tons of spices I haven't seen anywhere else. A wonderful little sandwich shop serving up tasty delights. All the vitamins and minerals you need to get your body in peak condition. You'll find something new to try every time you come. Anyone who lives close by is lucky to have access to such a treasure. I stop in every time I visit my mom. Look forward to my next visit and what new things to try.

Have shopped here for years. Wonderful store. Staff is friendly... Aaron is a gem. We look for him every time we shop. His knowledge base is endless.

This place is run by a bunch of hippies that are always in a bad mood and give you, a co-op owner, dirty looks. You barely see the workers smile. The fruit is always rotten, and the only good thing is they carry good dairy products. I regret buying into the membership. The only positive person is a cashier by the name of Tammy.

Very nice all natural food store. Lots of local foods and beauty products, like lip balm, soaps, ect. They also carry natural brands like Seventh Generation and Attitude Living. Some prices are a little higher than big box stores, others lower. Nice little hidden gem of a store!

Great vegan options. Tammy is super sweet as well. The store is clean, and very organized. Love the kids section, and book swap also. Try the gingerbread latte in the winter, my oh my, it's delicious! Great vegan cookies, Eggless salad, and potato salad as well when they have it.

We love coming here! They have a nice selection on healthier and organic local foods. The cafe is our favorite I love coming on a cozy Sunday and getting a panini and eating in the cafe. they are always so helpful if you are needing assistance with something. They have nice holistic medicine selection too.
