The best Korean food you can enjoy! I am in my 8th month of pregnancy. Korean food has helped me a lot during my pregnancy when I was suffering from morning sickness and other health problems. I first came to this restaurant with a friend for a relaxing meal of delicious Korean food before giving birth. I wish I had known about this place earlier! I ordered the Seafood Soft Tofu Stew and also ordered the Beef Bulgogi for takeout. I am a big soft tofu stew (sundubu) lover! The seafood sundubu here was so good! Even my baby belly was moving with great excitement! The banchan were all delicious with just the right amount of salt! Now I'm coming back for the BBQ!

Korean friends recommended this restaurant and I was NOT disappointed. Nice setting, both booth and table seating. Large gathering can be accommodated. Good food, good service. Friendly staff. Lunch menu has combination plate with soup or noodle. Parking in the back of restaurant, first hour free. My friends from Japan also liked this restaurant. Nice place to take your family as well.

Great food and awesome service! They have a wide variety of banchan that were all tasty and the staff was very accommodating to out needs! For the amount of food and the quality, it's worth the price tag. Loved their hot stone rice (영양밥)!

Today I got to try out the lunch special at Hangang on Waimanu St with my aunty and found it to be very nice. They provided quite a bit of side dishes with the main entree and they were all very well done. Yes, they tasted very good. The atmosphere were that of a very classy, fine dining, restaurant and the staff were very attentive and efficient with a nice classy music. This place is a gem.

Hangang Korean BBQ was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. We ordered the prime beef 9-course meal and cooked the beef right at our table, which made the meal even more fun and interactive. The beef was incredible—tender, flavorful, and truly melted in your mouth. Every side dish was a delight, packed with flavor in every bite. The kimchi stew was outstanding, and the kimchi pancakes were absolutely delicious. Ending the meal with a slice of fresh pineapple bursting with flavor was the perfect, refreshing finish. Amazing food, a hands-on experience, and a meal we’ll be talking about for a long time. Highly recommend.

I ordered a large intestine hot pot today through UberEats. When the food arrived, I tried a piece of the intestine and it was extremely bitter. Then I noticed there were a lot of residues inside the intestines, as shown in the photo. It’s quite clear that they were not cleaned properly. I tried calling the restaurant several times to find a solution, but no one answered the phone despite multiple attempts. This happened tonight, November 3rd, around 8:25 PM. I haven’t touched any more of the food after discovering the issue. Please contact me as soon as possible to provide a solution.
