HANGANG HAWAII KAI / NIU VALLEY KOREAN BBQ

Today I went here with my family and got to try the Wagyu Set & Kalbi Stew & Kimchee Stew & Pork Belly & Rice Cake Soup and they were all great. Yes, it was not cheap but it was worth it for the New Years day meal. The waiter was very friendly & helpful.

The prix fixe menu was absolutely worth it! The meat quality was excellent—tender and flavorful. The sides were just as impressive and complemented the main dishes so well. Great value for the quality and portions—definitely recommend!

Guys!!!!!! This place was so amazing! Food was great!!!! But I’m HUGE on customer service!!! Our waiters, both very young men who were both kind helpful and informative and also prompt and always was checking in. So big mahalo to Ian and Jaylen (sorry if I spelt your name wrong) but BIG MAHALO for making our first time at Han Gang a great experience

We visited here, Hangang Korean restaurant in Hawaii Kai, twice in one week already. Food was amazing and service, restaurant itself were very great 👍☺️. We had 매운갈비탕, Spicy galbi soup, and 짜장면 콤보, jajangmyen combo, with bunch of 반찬 which were all delicious . Since we live close by, this is our go to Korean restaurant.

The lunch specials were delicious, generous portions and loved the wide selection of banchan. We had the Bibimbap in Hot Stone Bowl (love the crispy rice) and the Arrowroot cold noodle combo wih Bulgogi. The cold noodes were perfectly cooked and refreshing on a summer day. I like the new location is spacious and the booths provide privacy, less noisy and easier to have a conversation. Service was top notch, attentive and professional.

Lunch Tteokgalbi&soup set + Deafood Jun So great! The food was clean and good. The jeon was crispy, and the tteokgalbi seemed handmade. The set menu was good for the price. i wil try different course next time.

10/10 experience. Food is so good! Meat is high quality. Place is clean and intimate. Not Smokey at all, staff so helpful.
