Khan's Grill

First time here. It's difficult to get anything close to Chinese food here in the Lower RGV. Took my dad out for his birthday. Let's just say, he's rather finicky with his food options. He enjoyed the meal as it just so happens! Arrived @ lunch, place was packed. Every single employee encountered was beyond helpful. They bubbled with enthusiasm!! Food was 👍 but that was probably my fault for not adding the right sauce.. Check this place out if the other buffet options turn you off. It's definitely a excellent option if looking for something different in the Valley. Plotted. Scouts Out.

Since it was our first visit here the lady that greeted us spent a lot of time explaining what and how they serve the meals. She was super friendly and I felt she did a fantastic job helping us. The cook we dealt with also went explaining our options. All of the employees we encountered were very pleasant and helpful. The food is fantastic. We'll be back!

Ordered on favor delivery double meat plate received plate with little to no meat. Very disappointing especially for the price

I recently went today to get dinner and i’ve been here many times with no issue but today was a different story. I’m allergic to shrimp and the guy who started our food was completely helpful and nice. Another guy shows ups and starts touching our food with the same tool he used for the other orders next to us that contained raw shrimp. When we spoke up to the cook he reacted rudely and made me feel horrible for speaking up. So I couldn’t eat my food due to being allergic AND cross contamination with the raw shrimp. Shouldn’t they have policies when handling raw food and allergies….

Looks like Khan's made a lot of changes. Especially on the waitresses. They all seem to be in a good mood with a friendly attitude. Food was perfect and delicious. Good cooks.

Over all we love going to Khans Grill. I’ve gone many of times with my husband and with family. I don’t live in Texas but I make sure to come ever time I come down here to visit. Today we went with my mom, sister, brother and sister in law. We had 4 plates with 3 waters and 1 Dr Pepper totally of 4 drinks. My sister didn’t really eat but picked off of mine, and my brother got there late so I just shared my drink with him (Dr. P) It’s a big drink and I never finish it so I shared with him. Service from the servers were great but the short manager I’m assuming he was a manager was HORRIBLE. Kept asking if we really got waters and just 1 drink. He had the ugliest attitude ever. Made it seem that we didn’t have water I guess and got free drinks but if he went to go check the table he’d see that it was 3 waters and 1 dr p. I said yes it was 1 drink after he asked again and he got upset like I was lying or something. Then we got charged for 5 plates instead of 4. That was a mistake by the server (which could easily be fixed) and I gave him the $100, after seeing it was 5 plates instead of 4 I politely told him it was 4, again seemed to get irritated by the look on his face. It’s a simple mistake that could get fixed again! Just a refund. And another thing, I guess we were sitting at a table that was a regulars and that seemed to also bother him because I heard him talking about it, not just me but my family heard as well. I loved going to khans but to be treated that way is a no go for me.

Traveling for work for just one day, and found this little gem near my hotel. All I gotta say is WOW!! You get to pick what you want in your noodle and veggie bowl, so no settling, or half a plate of things you don't like. Same w the meats and seasonings. When they grill it up for you, you get to pick your oil base and the sauce(s) you want Then they add white or fried rice as well as the topper!! Absolutely Awesome!!! 5 out of 5 stars!!! Great price and service as well!!!
