Hime Sushi Bar and Grill

Great service and great atmosphere. Overall, a good experience and can recommend this sushi place.

Always love coming to Hime when we have the chance. Servers are friendly and the sushi isn't completely taken over by the Jalepenos revolution that most other sushi places do to serve our South of the border taste buds. I just wish the Hibachi side was in full working order.

Solid 4/5... For the food I ordered General Zhaos chicken and let me tell you, General Zhao needs to make better chicken. It tasted like 60% bread and 40% chicken. Overall the chicken was a 3/5. But I got fried rice on the side and that was a 5/5, making the food a 4/5. The appetizers were a 4/5 by the way. Service was chill. One thing about this place is its known to take forever to get your food. That was not the case for me. Food came in about an hour. The atmosphere was chill too. I don't know how else to describe it except giving it a 4/5. Overall great place.

My boyfriend and I were craving sushi so we decided to give this place a try. We were a little upset since we thought they still had 1/2 off sushi on Sunday’s & offered hibachi, but we were told that they didn’t have either for a while now. We still decided to stay and eat. We both loved the sushi. It tasted fresh and delicious. We were satisfied.

Fantastic food, Fantastic service! Our server was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He had many good suggestions on what to order, and we were not disappointed! We ended up getting the Monkey Brains appetizer, the Orgasmo Roll, and the Louisiana Baked Roll. Can't wait to come back and work my way through their extensive menu 😋

No ma'am. It was horrible! Each sauce was the same as the next. My bowl was burned! That stone bowl was way too hot! And my kid's food was nearly Maruchan noodles! My girlfriend's food was so egg-y. Never again.

Expensive, had a grease trap smell. The service wasn't bad and the non sushi meal was okay. My better half liked the sushi I can neither confirm nor deny that it was good. I had Korean food, it wasn't Korean. Although one doesn't come down to deep South Texas for Asian food. If your looking for something different, give it a try. Just don't expect China Town. Plotted.
