MexiPHO - Mexican Vietnamese Fusion

It was nice inside, very clean. I liked my food and felt it was good quality and fresh. I guess I was just a little confused by the "pho" part…I pretty much got rice and beans with cilantro, lime, and tofu…Same exact kind of dish I could get at Moe’s or Chipotle…the burrito bowl was listed as $14.99, and I didnt get any add ons and I paid a little over $20 before tip, so also not sure where the extra charge came from. Overall, it was good, but not $20 good and I don’t think I would go again because I really expected something more creative from a Mexican/viet fusion place and there just wasn’t anything Stand out about this.

Tried MexiPho for the first time and was not disappointed. First thing you notice is the beautiful art work. Ordered the Quesadilla and Mexican Pho both with birria meat. Everything had great flavors & ingredients were fresh. Definitely returning to try the Vietnamese Pho and tacos.

MexiPHO is the GEM OF GLASTONBURY, CT. It exceeded my expectations. The food is fresh, flavorful, and cooked with care, and the service is truly phenomenal. You can tell they take pride in both their food and their customers. I’ll definitely be back!

One of my favorite go-to places in Glastonbury! Cant go wrong with make your own burrito. Mine is half rice noodles and Mexican rice with chicken, sprouts, jalapeño, pico, cheese, hot sauce, hoison, Sriracha and a lime squeezed in it before rolling it up. You can also get a side cup of pepper flakes. Hoison and Sriracha to make each bite even better! Worth $15! 💯🙌

We need more restaurants like this in CT. Food is always fresh and delicious and the service is 5 stars. And let me tell you, those ladies up in the front counter MOVE! They are on top of everything and they communicate with each other effectively. Especially these two servers, Yoselin and Cassandra, they know my order as soon as I walk in the door, and they serve it to me quick and with a smile on their face. And the cleaning on the place is amazing, the first way I judge a restaurant is good or not is if the windows are clean and spotless and this restaurant is well taken care of! Windows are clean, floors are spotless, and you won’t find a spec of food on any table there! Tremendous atmosphere, and I always love the paintings and decorations this restaurant has. Check this place out if you’re in CT! We need another one of these in CT!

This place is a 10/10 would definitely recommend!!! Between the pho, the queso and chips and the churros I don’t know what was my favorite. I don’t really eat churro that much but these were some of the best I ever had, the softness on the inside but crisp in outside with the delicious caramel sauce was just absolutely divine! Please come here more especially if you are close to the area!

MexiPHO in Glastonbury is neither really Mexican or Vietnamese. It is kind of like a Subway version of the two names. Service was very friendly and attentive. Location inside is clean and bright. Food serving size is very large. Although beware of all the upcharges for misc. items. Like others have said, the flavors are a bit bland. But nonetheless it is a very filling amount for a burrito bowl.
