Hot Pot Hero Gaithersburg

Just had an amazing hotpot experience and had to shout it out! The food was fresh, flavorful, and the broth options were perfect for everyone at the table. But what really made the night was Amy — hands down the best server we’ve had. She was attentive, friendly, super patient with questions, and kept everything running smoothly without us ever needing to ask. If you’re going, definitely hope you get Amy’s section. She made a great meal even better. Can’t wait to come back!

Hot Pot Hero prices are reasonable, the restaurant is clean, and the service is exceptional. The ordering is via tablet and the kitchen and wait staff are efficient. We will definitely return.

I love Hot Pot hero. The food is so delicious and fresh. The food quality is unmatched. Absolutely the best in Maryland. The staffs are very nice and fast service. My family prefers to come here to eat hot pot because it’s very great service especially Amy. She made sure our family got seated right away. I really appreciate her service

my best friend brought me here for my first hot pot. she’s a regular and raves about this place. it was incredible. the spicy broth was numbing and delicious. beware of how much you order at once because our eyes were way bigger than our stomachs. there are so many options that you can be vegan and still have too many things to choose from! 10/5 stars if i could. amy is so sweet! she came and checked in us a bunch of times!

We've coming here almost every week for a year now. We always have a great time thanks to our waitress Amy. Every time we get seated she's attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Throughout the meal, Amy consistently checked in with us refilled our drinks and ensured our table had everything we needed. She was especially patient and accommodating when we had a few questions and special requests, handling everything with a positive attitude. She has a very personable approach and we have little jokes ham and forth, like small banter about whether my wifes gonna buy the meal this time or not. She always makes the plsce that much more enjoyable.

I love hot pot here. The soup is so tasty. Everything is fresh. I went to so many places but still have to go back here because the fresh meat. Also, staffs are super nice. That’s why I came here. Specifically, Amy is very nice person who always helps us whenever our family came to eat. She took care of us so well, so we love to come here to see her. She is also the reason why I love to come here! Highly recommended!

This isn’t the type of food I typically gravitate toward, but after my first visit a month ago, I’ve been coming back almost once a week. The food is great, and I love being able to try new things and explore a cuisine I’m not used to. The atmosphere is excellent, and the service is top-shelf. Amy, in particular, was amazing. She makes sure everyone is enjoying themselves, takes the time to talk with you, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her job and the customers. She now recognizes me and my family, warmly welcomes us back, compliments my young daughter, and connects with us on a level that goes beyond serving—it’s caring.
