Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order. When I opened my burger, I found a hair in it — absolutely unacceptable. On top of that, the food arrived cold, which tells me there was little care put into preparation or handling. I expect basic hygiene and quality when I pay for a meal, and this experience failed on both counts. I won’t be returning unless the restaurant makes serious improvements. Nobody was wearing hairnets, had gloves or hair restraints. I guess They come to work looking any kind of way. My first and last time coming here. What the heck!

Good food, quick and kind service. I love the fries! I'm not sure I've had them in a while, but they are thin and super crunchy, which is perfect for me! I don't like soft or soggy fries. My 9 yo annihilated his face sized double cheese burger. They were thoughtful enough to ask him if he wanted onion, mustard, pickles, etc... the pickles looked really good to me! Not the typical hamburger pickle, a bit bigger and they looked fresh. They explained, politely, about the upcharge to change my son's drink to a concrete and were patient with his 9 year old self as he made his own selections. I appreciated that so much! I had the chicken tenders and fries with a drink. It was everything you'd expect chicken tenders to be. Quick to grab me a to go box when I couldn't finish my food. I took one star for atmosphere because there was no soap in the bathroom.

Fast efficient service! Burger looks just like the picture! Food was fresh and very good.

The Burgers were delicious and fresh. The fries were hot and salty. We all got double steak patties and they were pretty thin. The place was pretty busy but the service was fast. We waited about 7 minutes for the food. My only complaint was since it was so busy no one cleaned the tables. I had to ask a worker if I could get a wet wipe so I could wipe it down from the previous family who had eaten there. Overall, it was a good tasting meal and we would definitely go back!

The service was very quick, taking no more than five minutes from when I paid to when my order was ready. The burger was good and made well. I added some fries to the burger for a little extra crunch, which worked out nicely. I wasn’t a big fan of the fries on their own, but the jalapeño dipping sauce was really good.

Every time I go into this place, I get a "regular" shake and end up getting this tiny little cup. I get charged almost $7 for it and its really not worth it. Today after my visit, I Googled how many oz a regular should be, and it said 16 oz. I measured the cup, and its only 8 oz. This location needs some serious schooling. I had to ask where the pickup window was inside. The first guy I asked was really nice, but the woman he directed me to was kind of short with me.

The food is wonderful, as well as the drinks. Nice customer service so far. The floors, however, are gross and slippery. I have a bad knee it scares me to walk on them. Someone is definitely going to slip and fall if that's isn't fixed soon.
