GANGNAM KOREAN BBQ + HOTPOT

This was my first time being there. The food was very delicious you get to cook it yourself at your table the the waitress was terrific the customer service was terrific great atmosphere the only thing I can say is try not to take leftovers home unless you want to. there is a charge of $12.99 a pound Plus what you pay for your meal. Our bill was a bit over $90 not including tip. We will definitely be back just getting smaller portions next time.

I ordered The drumsticks and when I got home I got chicken Breast . I ordered The garlic wings combo and when I got home Dry wings no sauce. I drove 30 minutes to get to this place this is horrible. I called and they told me to call back at 4 pm to speak to a manager. I cannot believe this! This is ridiculous. Does that chicken looks like drumsticks? Am very very disappointed in this place. And I don't have the time to go back and throw there food back in their face !

The atmosphere was good and calm, while we ourselves enjoyed the food. The waiter/server known as "frank" though, was easily the highlight of the night. He consistently checked up on us, refilled water and the broth pot as well as consistently switched out the the mat for the Hotspot. He even helped show my friend how to do stuff with the Hotspot! Will most definitely come again for food, especially if Frank is our waiter/server

Coming from New York, this place has almost met the standards of ny. The meat and selection was all beautiful and good. However the grill itself I think it needs to work on. Our food kept burning, thin plastic paper they put I don’t think it’s healthy while temperatures is high on. But again food itself was great. And extra shoutout to Mr. Darrlyn for making our visit wonderful. Workers like him makes us feel like to visit again. So thank you for that.

Great selection for the price(even with the weekend up charge)! Our only issue was the awful service. Pretty sure the server’s name was Joshua. It took him forever to come out to take our drink orders, then to get the hot pot broth. We did NOT see him for 45 minutes following the drink order. I spotted him chatting away with co-workers and my husband had to physically get up and ask him to refill all of our drinks. He gave some flimsy excuse about handling something but as a server, you should know that it’s been a while since you did your rounds. ESPECIALLY considering the guests do 90% of the lifting(we grab our own meats and sides, cook our own food, clear the plates…all you have to do is check on drinks)! I’d choose this place over KPot but will make sure we never have that server again.

1st time. Visiting from Hawaii. Food was ok but I would not call this Korean food. I am Korean and this is not. I would say it is a bit of Asian type of food with a hot pot style. They had a variety of seafood and some sushi type. It was a buffet style.

I enjoyed it here, the food was delicious and very flavorful, great quality meat, i had the spicy beef broth soup for my hot pot last time and it was amazing also love the BBQ so much and the service was wonderful, the server so friendly and welcoming. the place is so clean and i love the ambiance here, all in all it was a wonderful experienced and the price also affordable and I was glad I went. I would definitely recommend eating here if you have the chance.
