SFC SEOUL FRIED CHICKEN

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was really craving Korean fried chicken and decided to give Seoul Fried Chicken in Edison a try — my first visit here. The location is great, right off Route 27 and close to Route 1, making it easy to get to. Service was fast and friendly, which I appreciated. Parking is good . Lots of space outside . Not too pricey . Priced ok . We tried a few different sauces, and some of them were absolutely delicious. The chicken itself was good — crispy and flavorful — but I’ve had better in NYC where it tends to be less greasy and more balanced in flavor. Unfortunately, we took the food to-go, and by the time we got home, it had turned a bit soggy and sticky. Definitely feels like the kind of food that’s best enjoyed fresh at the restaurant. I was tempted to give it 3 stars, but I’m confident it would’ve tasted much better right on the spot — so 4 stars it is. I’ll be back to try it fresh next time!

The chicken was super crispy on the outside and incredibly tender on the inside. What impressed me the most was the variety of sauces — I’ve never seen so many options in one place! It’s the perfect way to enjoy different flavors with just one piece of chicken. And honestly, the fact that they also serve burgers and rice bowls makes it a great one-stop spot for a full meal. I’ll definitely be coming back!

AND you can have perfect dips on the side or on the chicken; at least ten versions of sweet, spicy, and savory flavors (on the side, personal preference). Seoul Fried Chicken never disappoints. The chicken is always perfectly crispy on the outside and super juicy on the inside, with so much flavour in every bite. You can really tell it’s made fresh, and the quality is consistent every time I come here. The sauces are amazing too. They are bold, well-balanced, and not overpowering at all. What really makes this place stand out, though, is the staff. They are genuinely so friendly and welcoming. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with big smiles and such positive energy, which instantly makes you feel comfortable and happy to be there. It’s the kind of service that feels real, not forced, and it honestly makes the whole experience better. The portions are generous, the prices are fair, and the vibe is always great whether you’re dining in or grabbing takeout. The chicken is really tasty and tender. However, you need a bottle of water to go with it to tackle the thirst that comes with it. Otherwise, it is delicious. Staff friendly and place is bright for dining in. Ordered the chicken combo and rice bowl from kiosk.

We tried this place for the first time and it did not disappoint! We were originally nervous because of the high price point, but it was quickly justified by the quality of the food. The fried chicken from Combo A had a light crunchy exterior, and the meat was juicy, hot, and succulent. The chicken was perfectly cooked. The waffle fries were crunchy and slightly spicy on the outside, and fluffy on the inside. Order them as fresh as possible so it’s at its peak crunchiness. The chicken sandwich was AWESOME. The bread was sweet which paired well with the spicy Mango Habanero sauce that we selected on the chicken. While it was on the pricey side, it was large. Worth it!! The soy garlic sauce was sweet yet garlicky. It was really flavorful. The Seoul Buffalo sauce however, was not good. It was too tangy, and tasted like Franks Red Hot Sauce despite all of their sauces being house made. Overall we’d HIGHLY recommend this place as a place to splurge when treating yourself to some awesome fried chicken 😍😍😍

I got the chicken sandwich meal with waffles fries. The sandwich was good and priced similar to most other chicken sandwiches in the market. I will definitely be returning to sample some of their other flavors. I got the honey butter and it was very good! They were sold out of banana pudding, most be good. Hopefully, it will be available next time.
