This was my first time coming here and it was very clean, music was great, the seated us fast and service was incredible , food quality was amazing super delicious and pricing was great
Great service and the quality of the meats was amazing. Definitely recommend!
TL;DR: I honestly didn’t expect it to be this good at such a reasonable price. As an early adopter, I visited on the first day of their soft opening. By far the best meat quality I’ve had among AYCE BBQ restaurants in the Dallas, Carrollton, and Frisco area. Meat: The brisket (차돌박이) was cut thick enough that it didn’t stick to the grill at all, and it was juicy with a rich beef flavor. A lot of people go for pork belly because it is a safe bet, but I really loved the pork chop (목살) more than anything. Everyone in my party said it was melting in their mouths. I rarely order marinated meat for myself, but the manager recommended the soy pork chop, so we gave it a shot. The moment I took the first bite, the game was over. It wasn’t too salty or sweet, just the way I remember marinades back in South Korea. A guy who was done eating and heading out passed by and told me I should try their bulgogi. I couldn’t order bulgogi because we chose Option A, but I bet it’s fire just because Korean gentleman approved. I’ll definitely choose Option C next time to try other cuts. One thing I especially appreciated was that they didn’t combine multiple meat orders onto one plate to shrink portion sizes, which unfortunately happens at a lot of AYCE places. Seasoning: In hindsight, I should’ve asked for a bit of salt to sprinkle on top just to really enjoy the meat itself. That said, the dipping sauces that came with the initial table setup were already on point, so I didn’t feel the need to ask for any extra seasoning. The basil-pesto-like green sauce and the onion dipping sauce (aka Cham sauce, similar in concept to Vietnamese nuoc cham, but different) paired perfectly with the meat. I’m very picky about ssamjang, and it was also excellent. Not watered down or overly mixed with a ton of mayo to cut food costs (I do add a little mayo when I make ssamjang at home, though traditionally I shouldn’t). Side dishes: Steamed egg, check. Soft tofu soup, check. Kimchi? Above average. Radish and fish cake did their job. No complaints whatsoever about any dish on the table. Service: Service was fast and comfortable, and staff who weren’t directly serving our table were very welcoming as well. They offered grill changes at the right time. Our server didn’t miss any order. However, I was a little confused about whether the server was fully in charge of cooking the meat or if we were. They did cut and flip the meat occasionally, which was nice, but I feel it could’ve been done more smoothly or explained more clearly regarding taking turns between staff and customers. Considering it was their first day of operation, the servers were prepared and very well trained. Drinks: They seem to be preparing a full bar, but I wasn’t sure if it was available yet. I believe they’ll feature more drink options once they have their grand opening. I’ll definitely check them out again if they maintain the same food and service quality once the place gets packed. Overall, 10/10.
Service was top tier and the food was amazing! Overall, I had a great experience. I will for sure come back again.
Amazing food, amazing service, amazing people. I cannot emphasize enough how amazing and accommodating the staff is. They were so helpful and kind when there was a slight drink mishap and handled it with such grace.
Firepan is so good, they recently opened and i’m not sure when grand opening is but check it out! Meat quality is great and marinades are also amazing. Their sauces are also really good: soy garlic, spicy mayo, and chimichurri. I also love the fish cakes as a side! Kenneth was an amazing server tonight, very attentive and funny
The food is very good. Fair price, good quality meats, as you can see the man in the photo is crying because the food is just that good. Definitely reccomend.
