Ajumma Kimbob Deli

Best soondae in Dallas in my opinion. All the food prices are reasonable and cheap. My personal favorites are the soondae guk, ddeokbokki (spicy), kimbob, fried chicken, and korean army stew. The vibe and food remind me of the classic Korean restaurants you’d find in a gas station.

I was told to try the barley tea after i had grabbed the sweet tea they had. I had a feeling they just wanted to get rid of that tea, it wasn’t any good. (Not pictured) pre-made beef bulgogi rolls, they were dry but still tasty The spicy pork was good but mainly had vegetables in it. It comes with good side dishes. The chicken katsu was super sweet and crispy, I would’ve liked it better if the sauce was a tad bit less bc that’s all i could taste. The cabbage salad was good but was also super sweet. Fast service, cheap lunch spot. Might come back and order something different though.

I absolutely love this place! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and authentic. Every dish I’ve tried has been delicious, especially the space rice cake. The portions are generous, and the prices are very fair for the quality you get.

Garlic chicken is good. That’s the only thing we can eat. Kim soup tastes so weird, salty and doesn’t come out as the name suggested. Rice is mushier than jelly. I had to leave the whole thing

Food was yummy and the portion was more than enough for me. I think I found my go to place.

The manager was loudly popping her gum the entire time I was there. I was the only customer and she didn't bother to bring my food 10 feet to my table. I had to request kimchi, it wasn't offered. The kimbab was bland. The ra-bokk-gi didn't have mandu in it and the sauce was very watery. Needless to say, I won't be back.
