It’s about time we get a solid food option and an excellent tea house on this street! Food is really great here and the best Banh Mi I have had in a very long time! Definitely a place to cool off with refreshing teas and snacks. Support small neighborhood businesses! This place is top notch.

Came here initially for something else and stubbled upon this place. I had the Asian Ginger Chicken Banh Mi. It was good and the ingredients were fresh. Only reason why I gave it 3 stars for the food was because the bread was incredibly hard. Not sure if they were using bread that sat out for a while or of it was put in the toaster for too long. Part of the sandwich wasn’t even edible because of how hard it was.

First but definitely not the last time I eat here. I got the banh mi with shredded pork with egg and it was delicious. I drank it with the red guava and it was the perfect amount of sweetness and flavor. The staff and environment were also great

I come here twice a week just for Wayne (the owner), he's the best!! There are so many different snacks to try, I get a different one everytime. I was made a frozen coffee with a scoop of ice cream this time and it's a chef's kiss. Highly recommend!!
