U Grill Korean Bbq

We went to U Grill Korean Bbq in early January to celebrate a family gathering and a family dinner, and it was an amazing experience. We had Malayna as our waitress, and she was absolutely wonderful,one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. She was very attentive and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. They constantly changed the grill (the parrilla where you cook the meat). I believe they changed it about five times during the couple of hours we were there, which really showed their attention to cleanliness and quality. The food was good, the taste, the quality, the flavors, and the seasoning were all very enjoyable. But I really want to highlight Malayna’s service. She was truly amazing. I often don't give a reviews to waitstaff because a restaurant experience is about everything; the food, the environment, the music, and the overall atmosphere, but she went above and beyond to make us feel at home. It was a great experience overall. I highly recommend this place. Ask for Malayna and without a doubt, this is a perfect spot to spend time with family and have a great time.

Best KBBQ around! Service is always amazing. We frequent the establishment and have never left disappointed. Meat is the freshest high quality you could find and for the price makes it even better! I definitely recommend pork and beef belly. Teriyaki sauce is one of the best I've ever had. All the sides are great and fresh with great portions The Managers V and Alyssa are so hospitable and know exactly what we want when we arrive. I love to take friends and family because they too become regulars.

Friendly staff. We waited less then 10min to be seated. Server was attentive. Always checking if we needed more meat or anything else. Good meat selection Cheese corn was delicious

The service is incredibly unprofessional and consistently disappointing. We waited several minutes just to be seated, and then had to wait even longer once we were at the table. It took an additional thirty minutes just to receive a drink. This is completely unacceptable. It’s happened more than once, and I’ve tried giving this place a second and even third chance—but at this point, it’s simply ridiculous

Service was quick to order and fast delivery. Wait staff was very friendly and attentive. Restaurant had a ncie feel with comfortable seating. Exhaust system worked great. Sorry to say, but the meat quality and taste was just meh.

I recommend short rib the most The rest choices are just okay …… The side is a bit salty and th music is way too loud .. you feel like u are in the clubs 😵🤣
