Saint Sebastian

I’ve been going to this Wingstop in Chicago for about a month and a half now, and out of every Wingstop I’ve ever been to in this city, this one never disappoints. Let’s talk about the fries first—because if you know, you know. These fries are never soggy. Ever. They’re crunchy the moment your tongue touches them, cooked exactly the way fries are supposed to be. There’s something exhilarating about knowing exactly how you want your food… and then having it delivered perfectly every single time. You just have to use your words—tell them what you want—and trust me, they make it happen. The people there? Absolute gems. Cool, spiritual energy, rock-star vibes. Some of them I even went to school with, and they’re still shining. You can feel the good energy behind the counter, and it translates straight into the food. The place is popular for a reason. The wings, the fries, everything on the menu—always on point. I’ve tried almost everything, and I’ve never been let down. I come in so often that I know all the employees’ names, and yeah… I’m pretty well known there at this point 😌. And listen—if you’re hunting for real crunchy fries, the good kind, this is the spot. You won’t regret it. My go-to? Lemon pepper fries. My goodness. Those fries burn the inner demons that try to enter my soul. That’s how magnificent they are. I will keep eating them. No one will stop me. Not you either. ehehehehe 🧛🍷 by wizard

I placed my order online and showed up 5 min later. The guy asked my name and let the food preppers know, and then they started my order. I waited for less than 15 min. My order was accurate, and the chicken was hot. However, the fries were not. I just don't understand wingstop's beef with serving hot fries! The chicken was very good and fresh. I'd go back here and be sure to request hot fries.

I got my wings well done but since my wings were mostly breading, they were extra hard. It was too much breading and not enough chicken, and way too hard to bite into. Some wings were way too dry and had no flavor, while the sauced wings either barely had any sauce, or had way too much sauce and the sauce was very watery. I was disappointed.

While I appreciated the food, the overall customer service experience at your restaurant needs significant improvement. When I placed my order, I was told the wait would be about 15 minutes, which I was fine with. However, the issues started when I asked to use the restroom to wash my hands. One employee initially told me the restrooms were closed because they had just been cleaned and the restaurant was closing in about 20 minutes. Thankfully, another employee intervened and immediately gave me the key. After I got my drinks and sat down, an employee asked if my order was "to go." When I confirmed it was for "dine-in," they exchanged a look that made me feel unwelcome, as if my decision to eat there was an inconvenience. The situation was compounded when my meal was packaged to go despite my clear request to dine in. At this point, my son felt so uncomfortable with the overall atmosphere and the staff's attitude that he told me he'd rather just go home and eat there. We had genuinely wanted to enjoy our meal at the restaurant, but the poor service made the experience unpleasant. I hope these comments can help you address your customer service issues.

We order from here very often, never had any issues nor incorrect orders. My boyfriend and I always order the same thing, our top favorite flavor is the hot honey rub, delicious. Did I mention they have the best carrots as well, haha, they're always so crunchy and fresh. Definitely one of our top wing restaurants.

I called in to place a delivery order, because their online site wasn't working. The woman there took my order, not realizing they couldn't take delivery orders by phone. I waited 2 hours, then had to go pick up my order. They claimed they cooked a new order for the inconvenience. It didn't taste like it. Very unprofessional!!!!!

Horrible. Burnt stale buns on my sandwich. Meatless chicken wings, nothing BUT BONES. They KNEW they were doing my order bogus when they packed it. Never again going here !!!!! Check your order before you leave.
