MeeNaRi Restaurant

I went here after my classes, and the person working was really nice!!!!! I ordered the dumplings and it surprised me just how much food there was, it was absolutely delicious!!! The people were really nice and patient, I wish more people would pay this place a visit since it was empty when I wss there.

They have the best soups! The banchan/appetizers are so varied, each is unique and tasty. It’s a great value for the money also, each soup is only $10 and with all of the banchan, you’ll certainly have leftovers. Amazing Korean food! One of my favorite places in the city to go and get Korean soups! They have AUHH-MAYY-ZING Kimchi soup, Bean Curd Soup, Spicy beef soup (Kimchi che-gay, Tae-jung che-gay, yu-kay-jang, I spelled these words out phonetically, it is in NO WAY spelled out how Koreans actually spell their words). You honestly can't go wrong with any of the food you choose here. But my favorite thing to come here for is the soups. Plus you always get so many free side dishes because its a Korean restaurant!

One of the few restaurants that survived this pandemic on Bryn Mawr Ave. Its been almost 6 years since my last visit and the food is still great (maybe even better). Dol sot (stone dish) bibim bop (비빔밥) was delicious, make sure you give it a min so the rice on the bottom becomes a bit crunchy!

Great food and service! If you are looking for authentic Korean food, this is the place!

This was our second time going to this very quaint authentic Korean restaurant. The first time we dined in. The food was very good. I felt like I was back in Seoul eating at a smaller kitchen. Our second time there we ordered out my favorite comfort food abalone porridge. If you've never had it you definitely must try it. Their side dishes are always very tasty.

I am an American that speaks Korean and has lived in Korea for an extensive period of time so I am very particular when it comes to eating Korean food. The food at Meenari is the best Korean comfort food that I have ever eaten in the USA. It reminds me of the great Mom and Pop restaurants in Korea and the portions and side dishes are awesome. I definitely would recommend them!
