Korean Momma makes some of the best cheesecakes I’ve ever had. Perfectly creamy, light without losing richness, with that caramelized Basque top and a graham cracker crust that stays buttery and crisp. Every flavor hits from Ube Dream to Golden Salted Yolk to Hojicha and everything else in between. You can tell how much care goes into the texture, balance, and creativity. On top of the flavors, they’re always experimenting with new twists, and getting to try those early tastes is one of my favorite parts of picking up. It feels like you’re tasting something special before the world catches on. And then there’s the people behind it: Duly and SuJean are the heart of Korean Momma. Warm, welcoming, big hugs every time. They remember you, they care, and they’re building something bigger than dessert: they’re building community.

Honestly one of the best cheesecakes I’ve ever had in my life… The crust is the perfect texture. And the filling has such a unique flavor that goes so well with the savouriness of the crust. Couldn’t recommend more.

These are the best and most unique cheesecakes that I have ever eaten, and Duly is a kind and awesome human. I highly recommend the Vietnamese Coffee and the OG Burnt, and the specialty flavors of ube as well as durian were also delicious! It's a super easy ordering and pickup experience, there are often fun samples to try, the fillings are always perfectly creamy and the crust pairs perfectly, and Duly is always dreaming up delectable, one-of-a-kind flavors. If I could afford to, I would try every cake Duly makes, with lots of repeat orders!

I tried both the original and the coffee cheesecake and both were excellent. The original had a rich creamy texture that was so enjoyable, while the coffee flavor genuinely surprised me since I am not usually a fan of coffee desserts but ended up loving it. They are friendly and make the whole customer pick up experience warm and personal.

Korean Momma is incredibly delicious! I have been searching for the best cheesecake in Boston and I came across him from Reddit. When I messed him on instagram he’s very helpful, response and super nice. Pick up is super easy and he’s an incredible person sharing the stories of each cake, along with giving us samples of the other flavors! Will definitely order again! The flavors are very deep and you’re truly getting what you paid for and want! It also lasts very long compared to normal or other cheesecake!

The best cheesecake in the GBA. Came upon this place while looking for new bakeries in Cambridge a few weeks ago. After reading a couple of rave reviews about their cakes, I decided to get one for my friend’s birthday. Since the business is still in its early stages, they offer a limited selection of 2-4 flavors per week, and pick-ups are only available on Sundays (unless you specifically request an earlier pick-up). Basque Cheesecake became a trend in Korea a few years ago, and I've tried my fair share during its popularity. Even compared to those, the Basque cheesecakes here were much better. On my first visit, I got the OG Burnt, and my friends and I were all raving about how good it was. The exterior was dense yet pillowy, while the interior was soft and oozy, reminiscent of biting into ice cream. The Graham crust at the bottom added a nice burst of sweetness, so its sweetness level struck the perfect balance between the less sweet "Korean" Basque cheesecake and the typically sweeter American cheesecake. The following week, I picked up three large cakes to share with my colleagues: OG, Lime Margarita, and Borim’s Matcha. The OG and Matcha cakes were particularly popular, but all of them were just as good as the first one I tried. Duly also generously included a small Panama Coffee cake, which had a subtle and pleasant coffee flavoring that everyone enjoyed. Highly recommend getting one of these cakes before they become even more popular. I've seen people paying high shipping fees just to try them from NY. Will probably satisfy my cheesecake cravings exclusively from here from now on.

I ordered two cakes for my dad's birthday and was able to coordinate an early pick up to accommodate my schedule. The communication and quick response was incredible and the cake itself lived up to all my expectations. From the top layer, to the creamy center, and the graham cracker crust crunch - it was perfect. Even the members of my family who insisted they don't like cheesecake went back for seconds. We will be getting it again next time!
