Chaney's Dairy Barn

One of the best ice creams I’ve ever had was their limited-time blueberry cheesecake. I was in Bowling Green for two days and tried it on the first day. I couldn’t stop myself from going there the next day. The ice cream was delicious, and the place is also beautiful. They even have a children playground. I’ll definitely go there whenever I come to Bowling Green again.

We enjoyed our lunch and ice cream and felt the prices were very reasonable. We paid $4 each to take a tour of the farm and learned a great deal by watching the video, reading the signs, and seeing the cows getting milked (you can go right up to them behind a gate).

Such a neat place. Stopped in on the way to Bowling Green. The ice cream is incredible and my kids had so much fun on the play area. We loved it so much we stopped by again on our way home again too. Definitely recommend!

I have long been a fan of the ice cream and dairy but today I stopped in and had lunch. Having recently moved back home, this was the first time in since their expansion and it did not disappoint! I had their burger of the month which is a mushroom Swiss burger. WOW!! I’ve not had a burger that good, from a restaurant, in a while…maybe ever!! My wife had the all beef hot dog and my mother in law had the tenders. Everything was delicious and fresh. They put the same attention to quality and taste into their food as they do their ice cream. We will definately be returning for more than just the ice cream and highly recommend that you do as well!!

We first started visiting Chaney's three years ago. Since that time, the quality of the food and ice cream have only improved. The new addition makes the restaurant much more spacious; no more crowding at the front to get the ice cream. I always enjoy their burger and fries. Last night, my daughter and I enjoyed the potato soup. The portions were generous and tasty. We also watched your workers working hard to keep the place running smoothly. I especially noticed that Noah was friendly and really moving to keep the restaurant clean and well-stocked. I have stopped in to get a scoop of s'mores ice cream several times this season. Each time, I've enjoyed several marshmallows in each scoop; no skimping at all on the add-ins to make the flavor. This is definitely a great place to stop for food and dessert.

We really enjoyed our visit. The bacon cheeseburger and chicken tender salad was really good. Ice cream was good as well. My son got a bag of jelly beans and naturally opened it straight down the middle, so jelly beans were going everywhere. A staff member gave me a zip lock bag, which we really appreciated, this was our issue and she helped without hesitation. Great family friendly place to visit.

We had so much fun and the ice cream was incredible. It wasn’t crowded when we went and the weather was perfect. I definitely want to go back and try more things.
