Be-One has a rating of 4.3 out of 5 based on over 600 reviews on Google
Mediocre. As others have stated, it strongly smells of propane gas when you walk in. The dumplings were some of the best that I've ever had. They were homemade and stuffed full. The plate of BBQ that I had was small for the price. I told the waitress that I wanted a stir fry with veggies and she assured me that it had veggies...... well it turns out that it just had a few spring onions in it, but no other veggies. When someone emphasizes that they want veggies, this is not what they are asking for. However, the meat was tender and tasty. My friend had some kind of noodle soup. The broth was very light and just kind of tasted like green pepper water. Not enough flavor and it lacked complexity. It was not at a restaurant level of quality. The bonchons were very good and we enjoyed them. I would definitely go back on a random afternoon and get the dumplings again, but I'm not sure about the rest.
As a Korean, this is the best Korean restaurant for 3 simple reasons: 1) The food is even more delicious than in Korea. You don’t need to go to Korea to enjoy real Korean food. 2) The owner is very COOL, friendly and welcoming. The service is excellent. 3) The flavors are perfectly balanced — The food is not too salty. I often order delivery, but the food tastes even better when you eat here. I’m definitely a regular now — this place is my go-to Korean restaurant!
Our server, J, was incredibly warm and friendly. The food came out only after a short while—impressive, considering that the food was made fresh. The seafood pancake was crispy on the outside and perfectly fluffy on the inside. The portion sizes were quite generous, and both stews were really flavorful. I especially enjoyed the army stew because all the SPAM and sausages soaked up the spicy, savory broth and a sort of texture that went wonderfully with the rice. All the main dishes paired nicely with the side dishes. I will be going to this place many more times!
The service was really nice, the people were kind with smiles. I got the Fried dumplings, they were delicious, I had to get two, It was fun and it wasn’t crowded. I’ll definitely come again and you should too. You won’t see the fumbling in the picture because I ate mine real fast.
The food is great. The BBQ combo for 2-3 easily feeds 3 people and the copious sides and rice included make it a great value. I need to come back to try the jajangmyeon.
I’m on my Korean BBQ kick, so I got wing of a spot in Baltimore that’s good, they just needed some help. I pulled up, & I was surprised!! This spot is actually pretty good!! Let’s GO!! . Where I am: Be-One Korean Bbq *No Social Media Presence, they are on Google* . Location Reviewed: 2016 Maryland Ave., Baltimore M.D. . Items Reviewed: *Their All you can eat dinner for $27.95* LIKE THAT!! Their Sides (watercress, potatoes, kimchi, fish cakes, spicy cucumbers, cabbage, side salad, cucumbers, bean sprouts, chicken katsu, & rice). I dipped into each one of these, they were all fresh, & tasty!! STAMP!! Their Proteins (spicy pork, spicy chicken, spicy bulgogi, garlic shrimp, & pork belly). These were all nicely seasoned, spicy, & tasty. The pork belly needed more flavor…DELICIOUS. STAMP!! Their Seafood Panjun Pancake ($17.95 with shrimp, calamari, onions, eggs, cheese, veggies, & soy sauce). Surprisingly good!! Crisp, meaty, & fulfilling!! STAMP!! Their King Galbi Tang ($24.95 a short rib soup with a thick rib, rice, & veggies). Mild flavor, beefy, hot, & good!! STAMP!! Their Fried Dumplings ($7.95 with pork, & soy sauce). Crispy, with a tangy soy sauce!! . Parking: Decent, but Rough!! . Recommendations: A quaint spot, with good food, & service!! . Accessibility: It’s wheelchair friendly, & it’s differently abled persons friendly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️=STAMP ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️➕=LIKE THAT ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️=DELICIOUS ⭐️⭐️⭐️=DECENT ⭐️⭐️=PASS ⭐️=NAH #Bigschlimsreviews
This place is hella good - coming from someone who absolutely loves kbbq, this is the ONE!! Only other kbbq in the city is Jong Kak and while they are great Be-One is a totally different vibe. Super laid back, not crowded, and it's all you can eat. They give FANTASTIC proportions and amazing bonchon like so many side dishes. And on top of that they give rice, lettuce leaves for wraps AND a side of tangsuyuk. Truly amazing - best bang for your buck when it comes to all you can eat kbbq. Oh and the staff is AMAZING!!! I accidentally left my purse and they made sure to keep it safe for me - they were super sweet and kind!!
