Pelicana Chicken Atlanta

Very interesting restaurant. The fried chicken is excellent. Cooked perfectly. We got the sweet & spicy sauce on the side. It was delicious. And the chicken fried rice was really tasty as was the salad it came with. Nice & fresh. There are drink specials & a full bar. We got a whole chicken for $30 but honestly 2 people can split a half. The restaurant is not formal dinning at all. Plastic silverware, canned sodas. Our waitress Madee was very nice & took good care of us. We will definitely go back when we're in Atlanta again.

I highly recommend the honey ginger chicken with the extra crispy batter. This chicken is a balance of sweet and savory that is exceptional on the crispy batter. We got a mixed whole wing crispy batter split sauced whole wings with Honey Ginger and Spicy honey Level 2. The level 2 spice is pretty spicy but manageable. We also ordered the bulgogi over rice with the sunny side up egg. This bulgogi is delicious and I recommend this as well. I recommend dining in for this experience as I don’t feel it will travel well, and definitely not travel far. The atmosphere of the inside is somewhat cozy and the seating is best for parties of up to 2. Our server was amazing and she was super helpful in recommending the tasty options.

Got the spicy soy garlic, glazed honey soy, sweet & spicy, and sweet & chili. all were very good, excellent crispiness and flavor! the level 2 spicy has a nice slow heat that creeps up but is very even. would come back here again for some legit fried chicken! thanks to sieny for taking care of us!

Brenda is AMAZING! The food is amazing! We had the Korean ramen and the honey soy wings. Everything was so amazing that we even ordered another set of wings, this time trying the garlic soy. We've never had Korean liquor before so we picked the strawberry flavored one. Brenda recommended doing half of this Korean cream soda with half of the strawberry liquor. HEAVEN! I could drink and eat here all day. We're only here for 2 days and we want to come back again before we leave. The next time we visit Atlanta we will make sure to come here again!

Chicken was fresh and delicious! We got half crispy hot batter with hot & spicy level 2 and half chicken with honey butter seasoning. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. Normally during weekends, booths are reserved for 3 or more people, but when I told the owner I was 9 months pregnant, she allowed us to sit at the booth. She even gave me a chocopie 🥹 Sieny was our server.

Amazing experience at Pelicana!! Customer service was top tier. Our server, Brenda was exceptional she went over and beyond to meet our needs. My niece has severe allergies and she made accommodations to ensure she had a great experience trying Korean Fried Chicken for the first time! The food was delicious better than expected. Loveeeed it. Will be back!
