Tami over at dhs was a great help when getting us assistance. I haven’t had the best two months and she was able to help us through some of it.

Donate here all the time they give all clothes free to people who need them and don't sell them like Goodwill and others

As other reviewers have noted, don't expect help from these people if you are disabled. Not only will they not help you, but they will ask for your medical records and other information which is a violation of HIPAA. They have no right to request any medical records or information of any kind. Someone needs to get this place under control before someone ends up with a lawsuit.

For volunteers it's a great place! Two hour shifts, easy to do. Everyone is friendly and enjoys helping out.

Horrible waited 10-15 min while nobody was at desk and listened to them talk around the corner knowing I was waiting. Incredibly disrespectful considering they had food to go home to...I'll go to other places before I have anyone treat me like that again!

Went in to get help with food, it was pretty fast compared to some places I've went, and they let you have options as to what you wanted. Came too late for the clothing closet, better luck next time.

Although there can be quite a long wait occasionally, if you are in need of assistance whether it is energy assistance, rental assistance, food, or clothing assistance, and you bring your documents, I have found WDM DHS to always work to find you the best solution for a crisis. The staff are very friendly and I've never had a bad interaction with any of them. The volunteers that help run the pantry are non-judgmental and assist with loading groceries into your car. I would recommend you bring all the documentation required as listed on their website, if you have it but need to print it off, they have a computer available.
