Felt bad for our waitress, sweet girl. Bartender has no idea what she’s doing, asked for chilled shot of crown apple, got warm liquor… idea was to put ice chips on the plate with the shots. smarty pants was good though! (Definitely a premade mixture) Cole slaw was great, bun on my pulled pork Sammy was stale 😔. Sad day for BBQ. Almost all employees were in their phones and chatting with the cook. 10/10 would not recommend… Update: waitress decided to talk about us to to her fellow employees IN FRONT IF US👀 Another update: needed my card for over 5 minutes to run my tab. Weird.

The smoked wings were delicious and exceeded my expectations. The bartender, Mikala, was very attentive and pleasant. I never went without a drink! I will be coming back.

Katelyn was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. She checked on us consistently, made great recommendations, and had such a positive attitude the entire time. She truly made our dining experience even better. Thank you, Katelyn!

We had Caitlyn as our server she was great the food was fantastic they forgot a piece of our ridiculously large order and the manager Christie was so personable and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. 10/10 will definitely be back and recommend this particular location.

Great experience at Smokey Bones! Very relaxed spot for kids, good pricing, good drinks, good vibe! Kaitlyn was amazing - so friendly with the kids and not a "transactional" server, really enjoys it! Chicken wings with dry rub were great, could use a little more meat with the other meats we ordered. Mac and Cheese awesome!

Last night, my and I partner decided to take a shot at this restaurant because a friend of ours suggested it. We ordered the pork belly lollipop which was delicious and was hopeful that the entrees were going to be better. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. My partner ordered the 9 oz steak with mash potatoes and broccoli. I ordered the Bbq starter 2 with wings and pull pork including with Mac and cheese and beans. Now here’s when it gets bad. When receiving the food, my partner notice how there was a piece of fries on my beans. Which was unusual but it didn’t peak my interest. Then as my partner was eating, he realized that his steak was cold, the broccoli was uncooked and cold, and mash potatoes slightly warm. 🚩 Then it gets WORST. As I ate further into my meal, I only came down to my wings and shared it with my partner (because his food was cold and he didn’t want it anymore). It turned out that the wings were RAW! STILL CHIRPING! 🚩🚩🚩 We made a complaint to the manager and he was generous enough to take the meals off for us. We believe that the kitchen may need some more work done. But the server and manager was nice 👍

The food was awful, we ordered 3 chili and they were cold. 2 of the 3 mac and cheese was cold, sirloin steak was well done instead of medium and didn't get the mushrooms, wings looked like they were microwaved. We ordered 2 salmon and looked more like a kids meal, was like one small scoop like an ice cream scoop of mashed potatoes. Let me not get started on the manager, he was very rude and snapped at our waitress, when he came to our table to bring more mashed he put it down with an attitude. Waitress kept forgetting to bring our drinks. My ribs were fine. But we will never go there again. Even though the service was terrible we gave the Waitress $52 in tip. Seemed like there was only 2 waitstaff.
