Escape Lounges - The Centurion Studio Partner PVD

I had an amazing experience at this escape lounge. Lisa, the bartender and hose was so friendly and extremely helpful. This morning had quite a few guests in and out, and she was juggling so many different hats. I saw her moving back-and-forth with such grace and while maintaining enthusiasm through her amazing customer service. I truly think it’s employees like her that make these layovers at lounges such great escapes in between flights. Thank you, Lisa for hosting me here. From making sure the food was warm, asking me how it was, If I needed anything, And maintaining the same service to a plus other guest. Truly, a great experience. I intend to recommend a spot as well as it’s services to anyone that transport through Providence and has a layover or some extra time. Big Plus!! The place, maintain clean the whole duration of my stay.

Good experience! For the $60 charge, there Could be a few more full entree options like pasta or proteins like an actual buffet. But other wise good experience. My only real issue was the supervisor taking up the entire table in the back of the location using it for his private office. I had to work with the limited space of the small tables and the larger table he was using would have been more accommodating, minor nitpick really. Apparently he didn't have an office. Jen my server was especially helpful and attentive! I appreciate her service!

Excellent airport lounge experience from start to finish. Lisa and Kristen were incredibly attentive and made sure we were taken care of. The service was outstanding, and the snack selection was fresh! A comfortable and welcoming space that truly made our travel day way better!

An amazing experience with fast service and great customer service. I had Nikki as my server and she was prompt and ready, ensuring that I was taken care of during my delayed flight. Can’t recommend enough! Thank you team.

Kiara was ABSOLUTELY incredible! She was such a kind server and was very friendly presence when far from home. She was on top of our drink orders and made sure the time we spent at the airport was a good one. Had some laughs and good conversation. Definitely one of my best airport experiences I've had in all time travel years. The lovely hostess, Chelsea, was also such a gem. I lost my wallet in the bathroom, she found it and immediately returned it to me. She also gave me the run down of the longue since it was my first time here and I was not at all lost on the expectations of the longue. Will definitely be recommending this lounge to other travel mates in the future.

We were pleasantly surprised by how friendly kind the staff was at this lounge! They helped us find a place to sit and got us drinks immediately. The lounge was also impeccably clean, and the food was very high-quality and well stocked. All in all, a great experience that we rarely have at any lounge, anywhere!
