Embassy Suites by Hilton Tuscaloosa Alabama Downtown

The rooms are nice but the customer service we received from (Kiara) was the Best hands down! He was very knowledgeable and friendly! He greeted me with a very warm welcome And answered any questions I asked him. He’s a great asset to the hotel. The breakfast was nice, and everyone seems so pleasant! Kiara made our stay a very pleasant one. The only issue that I had was it took the water entirely too long to warm up!!

I have stayed at the Embassy 4 times since it has been remodeled and its very spacious and clean. I briefly encountered an issue with my room this occassion and Madelyn promptly fixed the situation and put me in another room. She offered swift and courteous service by bring a luggage cart to assist in the transition between rooms. Madelyn provided the type of customer service you hope for everytime you encounter an issue. No hassle, just solutions. As a diamond member I often see varying degrees of customer service but she provided top customer care.

It's an okay stay. Breakfast is good. But the rooms could be cleaned better. The floor was kinda of dirty. The shower head barely puts out enough water to rinse off. And the cleaning crew will just enter your room without knocking or anything. Very rude. Some of the workers at the front desk are rude but the others where Great. For the price of the stay here I would expect better.

Our family stayed here while visiting the University of Alabama. The location was very convenient, close to many bars, restaurants, and stores. The evening social (included) was fantastic! Several local beers were even offered as choices. The bartender was also great and really seemed to love her job! Our room was lovely, with comfortable/quiet beds and a nice layout. Breakfast was probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I can remember having. The omelet station was tasty and so many other great options. I hope I have a chance to come and stay here again!

Service was amazing. Rooms are nice and updated. The cleaning crew has to do a better job. Toilet seat was dirty, hair in the shower, floor was dirty in the kitchen and the bathroom. Buffet was great. Food was perfectly seasoned. Thanks Mr Stephen, Mr Daniel, Mr Tony, Ms. Pat, and Ms Jamie for the amazing service and experience.

We have stayed in 2 Embassy suites in the last 5 days. This one in Tuscaloosa and downtown Charleston WV.|Both were unexpectedly nice, and we were very pleased. |The one in Tuscaloosa was a little nice but I believe it has been recently renovated.|Rooms were clean.|It was nice to be done driving at end of day and not have to leave because of their offering of social hour with snacks and good breakfast options.

This is a gorgeous place to stay. The hospitality was unmatched! Highly recommend staying here! The experience could not have been better. From the front desk staff to the floor manager to the bartenders.. exemplary staff! Thank you- we will be back
