My 12yo son has attended summer camp here and currently attends classes twice a week. He loves it! Master Kim demands respect but is still playful and approachable with the kiddos. My only issue is this facility requires all equipment is purchased from the facility. Their prices are on the higher end. For example their nunchucks are $25, but the exact kind are on Amazon for $10. Other than that they facility is clean and the receptionist is always very pleasant and helpful.

Highly recommended. My 4 y.o son started going to Master Kim's a little over 6 months ago. He is having so much fun and it has really helped build his confidence, flexibility, and focus. He was diagnosed with ADHD last summer and he has just absolutely thrived in this environment. Master Kim is the absolute perfect blend of discipline and humor

We have two sons and have been coming here for years. Our family has done regular membership, aftercare, and summer camp. Master Kim is the best! He makes things extra fun for the kids and keeps them interested and invested, gives them a positive outlet for their extra energy, and instills discipline, respect, and sportsmanship. Plus the classes are super entertaining for parents to watch too.

Summer Camp is not a good option for younger children. There is not much supervision. Communication is poor with staff. My son broke his arm and there was no call to me or his mother about the incident. I dropped my son off at 8am and picked him up at 3:10 pm. When i arrived to pick him up he was crying and begging me for ice for his arm. I thought he just twisted his wrist badly but after taking him to the emergency room because he was not moving his arm and complaining about pain. We found out that the left radius and ulna shaft were both broken. My son is 4 years old about to be 5. He is a happy go lucky kid and likes to do rough and tumble boy things but he did not like this place from day 1. I also got bad vibes from this place. "Master" Kim is not friendly. He is condescending and arrogant. I believe these are not qualities you would want caring for your small child. He seemed to mock my son 2 days in row upon pick up. He told me that my son cry all day for his mommy one day and the next day he said your son cry all day for his water bottle. I would not entrust your children with this man or his staff

My daughters started TKD with Master Kim 11 years ago at the age of 5. Hands down one of the most important decisions I have made as a Mom. Not only are they incredibly strong from taking classes for so long but they also know self defense moves, confidence to "perform " in front of others, they’ve made friends, have fun and so much more. If you commit to 3 classes a week (more if you want faster results) you will see a difference in your child. You must check out the school!

Our family loves Master Kim’s. Just by watching them work with the kids you can tell they genuinely enjoy working with them. My 9 year old says they are "nice and caring." They do make them work hard and sweat! Which is awesome for both of my energetic kids. My 5 year old goes because loves being a "ninja" and because he’s delayed having an alphabet soup of diagnoses. They know and have been good working with him and very patient. When he first started he would become a "noodle" half way through class because he didn’t do well with the transition between the warm up obstacle course and the training. After 3 months he can make it through class without becoming a noodle, he is able to follow along and keep up with the class with a few reminders from the instructors and earned a higher belt. For context, this kiddo has an IEP (for occupational therapy, speech therapy, and adaptive behavior) and an assistant dedicated to him throughout the entire school day. All of that and they are able to guide him though a lesson with relative ease. He’s happy, he’s proud of himself, he’s making huge improvements at home and at school. He can count to 10 in Korean. 🤯 I’m not sure he knows it’s 1-10 but that’s ok it will come. This momma is beyond grateful for all of the staff at Master Kim’s.
