Customer Reviews
Dierbergs Markets - Southroads Center has a rating of 4 out of 5 based on over 129 reviews on Google
Super clean, great selection of unique, health foods, imported foods, things of selections. Great prices. Wish I had one by my home. Florist Dept, hot cold food available. Wide isles too. Fresh organic foods selection was wonderful.
It's a nice grocery store for a "supermarket." They have everything you'd ever expect and then some. Prices are right and I usually save money shopping versus other chain stores in St. Louis. Their meat and seafood always seems fresh and cooks up just deliciously. There's a wonderful beer and wine selection here. I really liked the Elysian Space Dust IPA. It's goes great with some hot wings or just by itself. They had plenty of items on sale on my most recent visit. I figured I saved about $18-20.00 shopping here. There's a florist, Mercy Hospital pharmacy, and MoneyGram at the customer service counter where they sell postage stamps and money orders also. Everything they have here makes it a convenient place to shop.
A much smaller Dierbergs than some of the others, but good. It's just a little more compact and difficult to maneuver down aisles with a cart when you meet someone going the other way. Not as big of a selection as other Dierbergs.
Will not return to this location, was chased out of the store and stopped by a overzealous female manager for taking a photo of my receipt inside the store, she chased me and yelled until I stopped in a traffic lane for her to question me. This is crazy in society. One of both of us could have been injured. DO NOT recommend if you want a peaceful safe shopping experience. Yes I did contact Dierbergs main office and asked for proper training for their staff before people get hurt.
I have lived in St. Louis for 6 months and shipped here weekly. Today I put in my phone number for rewards and the cashier told me I had to enroll in rewards. I let him know that I have been doing this for 6 months and was never told until now. I then took my groceries home and called management. I was basically told sorry about your luck and after a. 20 minute conversation about business ethics and doing the right thing I was told we can add $20 worth of points on your card. I let him know I was not calling for a hand out and simply wanted to know why I was not informed one of the first 20 times I shopped at the store. I then stated I spend on average $200 a week here by 20 weeks which is $4,000 how much would I have earned in points on that $4,000. The question went over his head and he got defensive saying he was not giving me $4000 worth of credit. I then let him know that was not what I was asking for and explained it another 3 times before he understood the question. At that point he said the $20 was the best he could do. Again I’m not asking for the points or credits. So I asked do you think that’s good business ethics and he once again refused to and my question.
A convenient option for quick sushi and maki cravings, although I tend not to do my regular grocery shopping there. While I used to enjoy their BBQ, I noticed a slight increase in prices and feel that some items may be overrated. Nonetheless, the sushi remains a reliable choice for a satisfying meal.
I deleted my other review because today the manager Jason made everything right with the salad bar and I greatly appreciate him for doing that
