If you are looking to acquire your Aircraft Dispatcher license I highly recommend doing it through ADA. The 6 weeks online and 2 weeks in person helped me immensely in preparing for the practical. I say this because after I passed the practical I asked the DADE if there were any topics I should work on, and was very pleasantly surprised to hear him say that I had arrived well prepared for the practical. I am 100% certain the instructors played a massive role in that result. ADA also brought in guest subject matter experts for the aircraft systems, weather and navigation parts of the class that had a lot of good information. On top of that, thanks to their ongoing relationship with SkyWest the class was given a chance to get an inside look at Dispatchers at SkyWest HQ. The class is conducted at KSGU’s FBO which is a fantastic facility. On your breaks from class you can walk out to the patio that overlooks the flightline to get some fresh air and watch planes land and takeoff. I had originally been signed up for the Jepp course in Denver, but I am very glad that fell through due to instructor scheduling issues as I had a lot of fun taking this class and met a bunch of new licensed dispatcher friends for life. Again, if you’re debating whether to sign up for this class, don’t. Register now. They have a great team, and you will have a fantastic time acquiring your dispatch license in beautiful St. George, Utah.

Coming from someone with no prior aviation experience, ADA was a great choice. There’s a lot to learn in a short period of time and the program did a great job establishing, up front, exactly what to expect and then presenting everything in a systematic and structured way. The instructors are knowledgeable and there is plenty of review and repetition to solidify your knowledge. ADA uses multiple subject matter experts to present different topics and the instructors care a lot and make themselves available for additional review or one on one interview prep. They also did great keeping things fun at different points throughout the class. While in person in St. George, there’s an opportunity to job shadow actual dispatchers at Sky West and there are multiple instructors to help with any questions you might have. You have to put in the time and effort to learn the material but ADA does great preparing you if you’re willing to do your part.

ADA is a great choice for anyone looking to earn their aircraft dispatch certification. The course lasts 8 weeks, 6 of which are online and 2 in person. The instructors do a great job of making sure every student understands everything thoroughly before moving on, and they all have years of practical hands on experience with the dispatch world. Great place to go if youre looking to get started in aviation.

I’ve enjoyed the ability to learn online for the first 6 weeks and the final 2 weeks of the course are in person at St. George. The classes run in the nighttime which can be very beneficial for people working 9-5 jobs as you can learn in the evenings. Jaden does a great job with spear heading the curriculum, and you have many qualified instructors to learn from, most of which are still actively employed as dispatchers for many airlines throughout the country. If you are debating to become an aircraft dispatcher, this is a superb course and I heavily recommend that you take this course.

Aircraft Dispatch Academy is a phenomenal school, and you can tell the teachers are very passionate about aviation and their jobs. It has been a very smooth process from start to finish, and I've felt well prepared for all quizzes and tests. Definitely recommend this school to anyone looking to get their dispatch certificate!

If you’re thinking of wanting to be an aircraft dispatcher, wanting to just obtain a dispatch certificate or want to obtain endless of future opportunities in the aviation field; This is the school for you! The instructors are magnificent and very knowledgeable; They all have been working for the Airlines and different sectors in the aviation field for years so you’re learning from the best. Also, they’ll tell you about their good and bad experiences. The curriculum is organized and the instructors are patient to those students that need some extra help of understanding a specific subject. If I could give ADA more than 5 stars, I would.
