Korean Presbyterian Church of Spokane

My family has been attending here off and on for years, with my mother attending diligently for the past 18+ years. It's really disappointing to see the negative review posted previous, as this church does so much community service and outreach, and has been a real haven for local Korean american's of the Spokane/CDA area, particularly our senior community. While there may be a bit of a language barrier for some, this church welcomes EVERYONE of every ethnic, socioeconomic, and religious background.

After living in East Central Spokane 10 years my only interaction with this church has been poor repeatedly. I have never seen them lift a finger to help this community. For years they had a mound of trash in the alley that we cleaned up during our community clean up day. I had asked if they would but they are too closed to see others needs in east central Spokane. Instead what seems important to the paster is dictateing who can park on public streets. As if parking on a (empty) public street at 5 am on a Thursday would effect their church business. Keep in mind we live here everyday. I personally would not park in front on a service day. That is because I have respect. Not to be confused, no law stops me. Public streets are well public. Maybe treat people like humans and be a part of the community you seek to control vs bullying people to do what you want.

This church is so help full for our community. This church open basketball court, and play ground for the people around here to make the better community. This Church is so helpful for our community and society.
