I will not buy tickets from this agency. I had bought 3 tickets to India. On one of the tickets name was misspelled. When I told the agent, instead of looking she said you will have to buy another ticket which will cost you $400+. I was so shocked and in confusion. Then she said it's ok and they will correct the name or let you travel. I was like instead helping telling me to travel in chaos. I called two other agents and no one took the matter seriously. I took the matter in my hand and called AA they said to call Qatar. For two days the airlines, AA says talk to Qatar and vice versa. I had sleepless nights and spent 6 to 8 hrs every day calling back and forth. I am traveling with my husband who has medical history. Again called the travel agent and told her my frustration, but no help. I was on the verge of nervous breakdown and disappointed with the service of the agent. Finally, after attempting numerous times, I was able to get in touch with someone who corrected my name. The agency should have done the job of correction. If it was airlines fault they would have rewarded me with upgrade or some compensation. But Jaya travels did not do such consideration. I will never advice anyone to buy from them.

I needed to book multi-city flight tickets for international travel. I'm so glad I chose Jaya Travels for the travel bookings versus doing it on my own thru Expedia. Devika Sreekumar helped me with the bookings and was really friendly and helpful. Over two days, I ended up requesting 3 changes in my trip itinerary including dates and choice of airline. She made those changes for me effortlessly in their reservation system. Doing that on Expedia would be almost impossible. Would highly recommend Jaya Travels to all my friends..!!

I was fortunate to call them in early August 2023 for our special 30th Anniversary to visit Tunisia and Istanbul for 1 week each for Christmas and New Year 2024. We also want to celebrate New Year in a dinner cruise in Istanbul in two continents at the same time. It was me, wife, two kids 25yrs/20yrs and our brother-in-law family with 2 daughters 28yrs/15yrs. We were eight adults with 8 different minds palates and choices. The Jeya team carefully understood our needs and planned PERFECT vacation with perfect partners in both Tunisia and Istanbul. I would give Gurpreet Kaur a score of 100 on a score of 10 - meaning their concierge custom private tour is 10x unlike anything I have ever experienced in my 40 years of travelling 5 continents for personal and business. They took care of ALL INCLUSIVE custom tour - from air-ticket to planning, landing transits, private driver, extremely knowledgeable english tour guide, meal experience to fit each of our palate, cost optimized to fit our budget in the end dedicated to send all details PDF (start time, tour estimate, food, stop time what you see/visit- why you see that attraction) prior to leaving US. I have travelled a lot in 5 continents in the past 40+ years and used many private and public tour guides and service and dont write many reviews, but this team and their service is worth writing one. Gurpreet Kaur and Jeya Travel professionals are EXCELLENT with 30+ years of knowledge in the Industry history, and experience in showing the best cities and best history according to the palates of the tour customer. As a MasterChef (google my name) I like food analogies. Like a MasterChef who can cook for the taste of their food guests, Jeya team cooked/planned the tour for our palate. In all these years I have not encountered an incredible travel agent as keyur Shah at Jaya travel . He goes above and beyond his line of duty for us all . He is the only one I can count on for proper guidance! He is the best there is and I have referred him to all I know and even my family in India . He will stay with you till you reach your destination if he senses that you may have issues or feeling little overwhelmed! He should be recognized for his outstanding service to travel industry and his company as so many of us benefit daily . We are a big group taking trips every month and keyur is just a phone call away regardless of the time . Thanks Keyur for all you do !

I have used Jaya Travel & Tours ("Jaya Travel") for over 20 years for the corporate travel for my previous employer, with a substantial corporate travel budget for international and domestic travel when Corporate Travel also reported to me as a part of Procurement function . After retirement, I have been using Jaya Travel for my personal travel needs also, including vacation planning, international travel etc. Jaya travel team has been always very professional in dealing, very responsive and cost effective. I must emphasize the excellent services provided by my current Jaya Travel executive Mr. Keyur Shah, who has been helping me and my friends, (a group of about 20 ) for our international vacation travel needs for last 5 years.
