MIR School

We joined MIR school 2 years ago and we love it. Their educational programs are excellent. Our daughter takes multiple classes and learns so much. I do want to mention the summer camps- our favorite is Candy Land. The kids learn not only how to cook, but many many different skills. Our daughter played "restaurant" and created a menu, made food and served it to us after attending this camp. She’s dreaming about next year’s Candy land camp already. Thank you teachers for providing safe and fun environment for learning and playing.

We tried the summer camps at MIR School and are now completely hooked - what a gem! Huge thanks to the amazing teachers - Marina, Diana, and Liz - for making our summer unexpectedly wonderful. We’re so impressed that we’re signing up for their regular classes this fall. There’s such a great variety to choose from: Spanish, Russian, Creative Writing, Art, Math, LEGO Robotics, Chess… something for every interest. Highly recommended!

My wife and I have been taking private, face-to-face French instruction from Mir School for several months now. I cannot imagine a better environment for us. We have taken other language courses in the past (via Zoom and also in an immersion program in Italy) but Olga's teaching method is, by far, our favorite. She circles back to areas where we are showing that we need it, without making us feel like we aren't doing well. It is obvious that she is an experienced and insightful instructor. She has a logical plan for when things are introduced and a reasonable (but not trivial) amount of homework. Marina, who runs the school, is flexible and helpful, looking for ways to meet our busy schedule.

I would like to thank the teachers of Mir School for your efforts, attention and help. We have been going to this school since it opened. My daughter (7th grade) really likes studying Russian with Irma. Irma is a very strong teacher, thanks to her, my daughter reads well and writes correctly. My daughter also takes drawing classes with Diana. Classes with Diana are always interesting, she is very responsive, kind and creative. The children's work turns out beautiful and individual! This year, my daughter also attended a theater club, they did a New Year's performance with Victoria, my daughter was delighted and we, as parents, also really liked the performance! Victoria was able to perfectly organize work with children of different ages. I would also like to tell you separately about the Spanish teacher Roseli, my son (10th grade) takes individual lessons from her, Roseli made him an individual plan that helps him improve his knowledge. She always tries to make the lesson interesting by repeating old material and adding new. The atmosphere at school is always kind and positive! Marina and Irma always try to hold interesting events, always give children certificates, gifts for holidays and graduation concerts! You can also hold a child's birthday party at Mir school, we have been to several, it was very fun and educational!!! I advise parents to come to trial classes and see for themselves that your children will be in good hands, and with good knowledge!

My son (6 y.o.) is going to MIR school for Russian language classes. He started to attend in January and we see a big progress in his reading and writing in Russian. Recently he completed Level 1, they prepared a nice performance for the parents, it was so lovely! We are going to attend their Summer camp as well and I can recommend this school! We really like MIR and will definitely continue our journey with them next school year.

We’ve had an amazing experience at MIR School in San Ramon. The staff is incredibly nurturing, professional, and genuinely invested in the growth and well-being of every child. The curriculum strikes a perfect balance between academic learning and social-emotional development, and we’ve seen our child thrive both intellectually and personally.

My son (he is 5 years old) going to MIR school for two classes "Lego robotics" and " Russian language " from September 2023. We are very satisfied with our experience. The classrooms are cosy and clean, very well organized and always decorated during the holidays. The teachers are professional and very friendly. My son just like to go there because there is always a good atmosphere. Also, I want to mention in our "Russian language" class kids have opportunity to perform in front of audience (parents, friends and relatives) some song or small poem. I think it's help kids to develop there confidence and it's some good practice of public speaking. Next year we planing to take more classes. Highly recommend.
