Richmond Korean Presbyterian Church

The church provides a harmonious blend of modern and traditional worship, alongside a thoughtfully structured educational agenda aimed at nurturing the next generation. From the moment I first visited, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. One of the standout features is the meals offered twice every Sunday, fostering a sense of fellowship, community and connection among people. For those new to both the church and the Richmond, VA area, a comprehensive and helpful guidebook is available to assist with their transition and integration. All of this is made possible through the tireless dedication of the congregation members who work diligently to create an enriching and supportive environment for everyone.

This Korean Presbyterian church was founded in 1967, and I have been a long-standing and faithful member of this church since 1974. The church has had its share of trials and struggles over the years, but we have always strived to remain relevant and faithful to His teachings. As an immigrant minority church, we provide a nurturing environment for the next generation of Korean Americans to embrace God's love and his decipleship. We endeavor to foster the positive cultural identity of what it means to be a Korean American Christian in today's society. We conduct Sunday worship service in both Korean and English. We offer Korean language and culture school for kids on Saturdays. We offer early morning prayer service 6 days a week, as well as Wednesday service and regular youth group activities. We offer enrichment programs for the elderly and conduct Vacation Bible School. We support both local and foreign mission works. Come join us for worship today!
