I have very much enjoyed learning French with both Corinne and Chloe! I feel comfortable learning something new in my 40s! I also love watching my son’s (4-5 year old) language develop, and learning the language together gives us time together to sing songs/watch shows and, of course, a special mother-son bond. I highly recommend FranglaisRVA!

Franglais is such a great French School. My wife is French and has wanted me to learn to speak it for a while now. I was so fortunate to find Franglais here in RVA where the teachers are knowledgeable and fun! My French has improved so much since I started taking classes at the beginning of this year. Duo Lingo and other language apps can only take you so far; it’s so refreshing and integral to be able to ask questions in real-time as opposed to always going to google. If you’re wanting to learn French and you live in or around RVA, this is THE place to learn!

I love and enjoy learning French with Corinne. She makes it fun and easy to understand, plus she has a lot of patience and works with me at my speed. When we first started I knew just a few words in French, now I can read full sentences and understand conversations. I would highly recommend her to anyone who want to learn French at any level. She is really the best French Teacher!!!

Corinne is an amazing teacher. Super patient, engaged, very creative and tailors her lessons to the needs of the students. Also puts a lot of thought into how to come out with interactive ways to teach french. I highly recommend her.

Corinne is an exceptional professional. Not every English teacher knows how to work with children. It is vital to capture and pique their interest, skills that require both talent and experience. We are happy that our son is in her class!

My wife, daughter, and I studied with both Ashton and Aurelie for a month in preparation for our trip 'au Canada'. Both were great, and I will review these separately Ashton: We'd already studied on our own for years, and Ashton didn't waste time starting from square one. She just started speaking French - very clearly and easy to understand - and figured out what we understood already. She was so adaptive and versatile at working with us - definitely a boon for us in our trip preparation! Thanks again, Ashton! Aurelie: Aurelie was awesome - she's from France, so French is her primary language. She was great to practicing speaking with, and she was always incredibly well prepared for lessons. She gave us detailed (optional) homework for everything we practicing or expressed interest in, which we absorbed. Merci beaucoup, Aurelie!
