I believe someone in the office should demonstrate greater professionalism. It would be best to begin by greeting with "Good morning" or "Good afternoon," followed by, "How can I help you?" Above all, please provide complete and accurate information. In customer service—especially in education—courtesy is essential. If there is no availability for the classes, kindly inform the customer of the next available date. I would rather speak with a robot than with that gentleman. Whatever your nationality, do not allow anyone to treat you with a bad attitude.
The people in the office are not professional, the customer service is terrible, and there's an English teacher who is Colombian who treats the students very badly; she's a terrible teacher.
