Sakura Gakuen Japanese Language School

I have taken my daughter to mommy and me classes until she aged out of the program. My daughter and I loved it! We both improved our Japanese and my daughter loved the songs. The teachers are all so patient and caring. It was so fun and would recommend to anyone interested in their children learning Japanese.

Erina-sensei was a fantastic Japanese teacher who taught me for over a year. She was instrumental in my Japanese language journey, as she was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. She always found a way to help me understand complex topics by adapting her teaching style to my learning needs. I've always found Japanese to be a challenging language, but Erina-sensei made our classes fun and engaging. She was a huge reason why I stuck with it and made so much progress! If you're looking for a great teacher who will help you learn Japanese and have fun while doing it, I can't recommend her enough.

I've taken my child here since they were 5 years old, now they are 13 and fully immersed in their Japanese culture. Very good school, they really care about the students. They also offer adult lessons amd are very flexible with hours. Highly recommend if you want to know Japanese for traveling or business or just for fun. English is my first language and this is my 3rd language I'm learning and enjoy it lots.

Not just a Japanese language school I don’t exactly remember when 2 of my 3 kids started going to Sakura Gakuen to learn Japanese as their secondary language. After a decade, now 3 kids and husband of mine have been learning Japanese there. Do you know what that means? Sakura Gakuen is not just a Japanese language school, but the school truly cares and nurtures your desire to learn Japanese language and culture. Teachers always try to do their best and continuously create methods and materials for Japanese learners with sprinkling fun cultural facts in the class. Some teachers are as talented as they can also teach Japanese traditional cooking, crafts, and arts. The school provides plenty of exciting opportunities to experience Japanese culture and traditions through seasonal events and festivals. You can borrow some Japanese materials such as books or music in the school. I’m very glad that we could find Sakura Gakuen where all my Japanese learners are happy and enjoy their class!!

Wonderful Japanese school, I inquired about classes for my daughter and received a response right away with all the information. She loves going and loves her teacher; she is learning so much even though we don't speak Japanese at home and my husband only knows a few words. Everyone I have had contact with was very polite and accommodating, I highly recommend it.

Went here for 7 years from 2008 to 2015 and the education was extremely helpful in allowing me to transition to Japanese elementary when I moved to Japan. From reading, speaking, and writing I was almost the same level as the other Japanese students when I moved in 4th grade. Ando-sensei was my favorite; super funny and super easy to learn from
