Campus Education Times Square

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had in New York City at the Campus Education Times Square location. First of all, the location is difficult to find, so I called the office just to ask where the entrance was. The woman who was working there laughed on the phone and told me that I "should have called earlier." I don’t understand why, I was already nearby and simply needed directions to the entrance, which is not clearly accessible unless someone lets you in. When I finally got inside because another person was entering, she told me to wait downstairs and said that someone would come down to get me. Nobody came. I waited about 10 minutes. When I called again, she suddenly claimed that she had told me to take the elevator to the 9th floor, which is not true. She never said that. She clearly told me to wait downstairs and that someone would come for me. On the phone she was again dismissive and acted like it was strange that nobody came, even though she was the one who gave me the wrong instruction. Eventually she came downstairs herself, acting rude, impatient, and as if I was inconveniencing her by simply trying to visit the office. Once upstairs, the experience did not improve. She rushed through information, did not explain things properly, did not offer any written materials or brochures, and made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable asking questions. I was seriously considering enrolling in this school, but because of this experience, I absolutely will not. This is an important decision, and this type of behavior is unacceptable in a professional educational environment. Thankfully, I went to another Campus Education location afterward, the one at 248 W 35th St in Manhattan, and had a completely different experience. Ulmas there was kind, patient, professional, and genuinely helpful. That showed me how things should be done. It is very disappointing that one employee can damage the reputation of an entire organization and cause them to lose potential long-term customers. I was ready to become one. I usually do not write negative reviews, but I feel this one is important so others are aware and can avoid having the same experience.

My experience with the campus has been excellent. My first contact was with Izumi, who was kind and welcoming. My teacher, Jennifer, is amazing! She is very caring with her students. Her classes are dynamic and engaging which has been helpful improve my English. She also goes beyond just teaching the language by introducing us to American culture and making the learning experience even more enriching. She also organizes fun trips where we get to explore NYC and practice speaking English together outside.

This is my first experience with Campus Education, and I would recommend it. This is an excellent English school. My teacher’s Jennifer and she’s always passionate and teaches easily. We also have one day a month, an organized trip in NYC. This is perfect because it allows the étudiants to discover NYC and speak English together. What is very nice is that our class is made up of several nationalities, and it is very interesting to discover different cultures and communicate together in English.

Campus Time Square is a great English language school. I'm taking ghe level 1 class. My teacher is Jennifer and she's always passionate and teaches easliy. We have a trip one day a month and all of the students enjoy each trip. We can have fun while studying and speaking English. Also, our class has various cultures. It's really interesting and a good experience for me!

The best language school in NY. I have studied at one of the most expensive language school in NY before I moved to Campus Education, but we study pretty much same thing and my teacher is the best English teacher I’ve ever met. You can definitely improve your English and make new friends here🌎

Campus Time Square is good English language school, The school is conveniently located. My teacher Jennifer is excellent and she's always full of energy and teaches easliy, She explains very good is easy to understand.

love this school. I chose this school for many reasons.The staff is responsible and my teacher makes learning easy and clear. I prefer in-person classes. They have a lot of choices for levels. At last, I really want to say, I love my teacher. She is very patient and she always gives us confidence. She takes us on trips to understand the culture too. She makes my day! I highly recommend CAMPUS Times Square!
