We attended the "Date Night: Tuscan Pasta Dinner" class on 2/1/2026 and were very disappointed. From a sanitation standpoint, the environment was concerning. The flour initially provided to us contained visible weevils. There were multiple drain/fruit flies during the class and small ants visible on the floor. Cooked meat for the pasta sauce had already been prepared before the 7:00 PM start time and was sitting out on the counter when we arrived. It remained out for an extended period before being used. Several surfaces throughout the kitchen, including shelving and equipment, had visible buildup of dust and grime. Beyond cleanliness, the tuscan pasta class itself was far less hands-on than expected for the price. Most ingredients were pre-measured, the sauce was demonstrated rather than prepared by participants, and the dessert glaze was made entirely by the instructor. Making pasta dough was the primary interactive component. At $178, we expected a professionally maintained kitchen and a more immersive cooking experience. Unfortunately, this class did not meet those expectations.

What a fun and informative class! Chef Will went out of his way to make sure we understood how to do all the techniques used in the recipes we made. Such an enjoyable learning experience with a delicious meal as a result! This is our second class, and we’re already planning our next one. Just wish we didn’t have a 90 minute drive to make it happen. Totally worth it!

Chef Ingrid, and sous chefs Noah and Casey! What an awesome team! I had an amazing time. This was a pasta making class… I learned so much.. while laughing so hard! The complimentary expresso was awesome… but not a good idea at 8pm lol. I will surely return. Again..and again!

Ingrid did such an amazing class. We had a great time and learned a lot. I’ll be looking for her specifically for any future classes! So fun.

We had a fabulous experience at the ravioli making class! We learned new cooking techniques and had a lot of fun & laughs with our college aged children. Highly recommend chef Will and his team. The experience went above and beyond our expectations.

I absolutely enjoyed this class! Chef William really did an amazing job showing us how to make Thai food. This was the best way to spend our anniversary. Thank you for a great anniversary night for us. Hubby and I look forward to attending more classes here. Also, thank you to Amy and Marty for assisting us with our purchases.

I took the beef bourguignon class with Clare and it was excellent! She is a very nice person and taught us a lot of secrets to be a great chef at home !! I hope to take another class soon! I very much enjoyed it ! Thank you !
