Naperville Public Library - 95th Street Library

Good place for kids of all ages. There is an outdoor playa area in front of the library, so kids can play. Well maintained, clean play area. There is some water play area too, but that stays close in winter. My kids love this place. If you live in Naperville, definitely go there. Must yes to the place.😎.

Very upsetting with this library. Grew up in Naperville for 26 years and recently moved to a new house in Naperville. Have a Naperville address. Came to 95 th library to get new cards and Bard told us we fall in to Plainfield territory, mark it we have Naperville address on our ids. Went to Plainfield to find out back in October of 2025 the directors SHOULD have communicated regarding the new subdivision and it will fall under Naperville territory. Drove back to 95 th and were informed that we would have to go back to Plainfield. I had to get on the call with Plainfield library to have 95th library staff talk and inform. All the staff had to say is we are not updated. Well that’s very unfortunate with the technology and new subdivision being build you don’t know.

One of the best library around Naperville/Aurora area. We are a regular here for child story time. They have ample space for kids to play inside and outside the building. There is a playground and a splash pad just next to the building.

Check the calendar for the latest class. ________ Over six months back being in Florida, what I missed the most was a Library in my neighborhood for easy access to amazing books, Quiet time, & since I have a 4 years old, fun time for her in the library. Sadly, the nearest library was exactly at 9 miles. I’m now migrated to Naperville, Very excited to track down this amazing library in the vicinity. Undoubtedly, this library is one of the best libraries in the states, It only took me a few minutes to obtain a library card for my daughter & I. A separate floor —- Silence Zone, to be precise, for quiet time, problem-solving, reading or writing, or simply analyzing, a place where you won’t be bugged. On the First floor, An area dedicated to Teens, Self Check out stations multiple Monitors, Activity desk & homework help. I like how spacious the kids’ section is, Equipped with toys, educational & interactive puzzles & not to mention countless books. #LetsRead #StoryTime

"📚Is a Library BEST hangout for a Psychic😘?" I so love THIS library. Clean, Spacious, Bright lighting, circulating air/fan… Ohh, it’s quite lol. Lots of private rooms "study rooms" you can book-guaranteed for an hour. If it’s not busy and there’s no wait list, you can stay longer. Lots of nook area you can tuck away for private space if you don’t want to be in a study room. Elevator, bathroom upstair and first floor. Bathrooms are clean, touch less soap dispenser and hand dryer. That’s essential. Friendly staff 😉 Comfortable experience.

I grew up going to this library and it was always magic, but other than just books, the Naperville 95th St Public Library fulfills another part of my life and that’s serving as my hosting space for my students’ piano recitals. I adore the sound of the Kimball piano, the spaciousness of the room, the staff is always so friendly and helpful, and I’m so thankful to host these events and make so many memories here. Great library in the area. Has a decent kids area, though it can get pretty messy. Overall, great location with a nice park and splash pad in the summer.
