Divis Educational Services LLC

My son has had an excellent experience at Divis Education! Kellie has been very supportive and has given him opportunities to explore his strengths and improve his weaknesses. Highly recommend!

I cannot praise Divis Educational Services enough. As a parent deeply invested in my child's education, I can confidently say that this program has exceeded our expectations. From the very first class, it was evident that we had made the right decision. One of the aspects I adore is their innovative approach to learning. By bringing the classroom to the heart of the community, whether it's walks to the library, the park, or immersing in local cultural festivals, they consistently engage in exploring downtown Macon. If you're contemplating a different approach to your child's education, I highly encourage you to take the leap. You will not regret choosing this program.

As the current science coordinator for Athens-Clarke County Schools and a former colleague / mentor of Kellie Divis for a number of years, I can confidently say that youth in her care at Divis Ed receive an educational experience of the highest quality. Ms. Divis displays depth of content knowledge, innovative strategies for instruction, and concern for social and emotional development--especially during the challenging preteen and teen stages--which are attributes often difficult to find in tandem. She believes that all youth can progress with proper support and that true learning creates transformation and meaning. As a talented, compassionate professional, Ms. Divis offers her best to enhance each participant's educational journey. --- Seri C. Beall, PhD

Kellie was very patient, worked with us when we had gotten the times confused, bonded easily with my son and helped us identify his areas for improvement so we could work with him at home as well. Will definitely be back next year! Facility is clean and simple…nothing too fancy but perfectly fine for the services they offer and we had no issues.

My son has attended Divis Ed weekly for almost 2 years now, and we have been very pleased with the services provided there. As a homeschool family, this learning environment has provided an additional social outlet through educational activities which are enriching and fun. We especially love the Fantastic Fridays there which often include walking "field-trips" to explore lots of local exhibits, businesses, museums, and organizations or feature special guest instructors in various fields such as music, art, and chess. These real-world experiences have helped my son build confidence and grow as a young person. Recently, he has also started attending some "after-school" clubs there (right now Minecraft and anime are his jam, but I believe there are other options too), and he has loved those as well. If you are looking for activities for your tween or teen which are offered in a safe, inclusive, and relaxed environment, you should definitely check out all they have to offer!

I have been amazed almost daily with all of the things my daughter has learned at the science class she’s taking at Divis Ed. Kellie has unlocked a love of science in my child and I could not be more grateful. She works tirelessly to provide an enrichment program where the learning comes to life.

I’ve been so excited to see the microscopes, incubators, student-created cell models and more in their facility in downtown Macon!
