Korean Cultural Center has a rating of 4.7 out of 5 based on over 60 reviews on Google
Parking is North of the center in their gated lot. Just pull up to the gate, push the communication button and tell them you are visiting to look at the exhibits. There is free parking along the street to the east as well. Check in at the information desk at the North entrance. Exhibits of Korean culture fill the first floor. Very well laid out with descriptions in Korean and English. The second floor has the special exhibits. Inland mother of pearl is there now. Truly amazing pieces from Korea. Admission is free.
Beautiful center for Korean culture and other events. Upstairs art gallery is a vast space with excellent lighting. Parking in the rear make it easy to visit. Korean cultural artifacts and displays downstairs. Friendly staff.
Today, I participated in an event to taste traditional tea and desserts eaten in the Korean Royal palace. It was a short event, but it was full of sincerity, and it was fulfilling to see gayageum and traditional dance performances together. One thing I dissapointed was that I received a confirmation email the day before, so it was difficult to get there on time. Anyway, it was a worthy experience.
It's very nice place to visit and learn everything about Korean culture, it's history, language, literature, film, K-pop, culture, food, etc. Strongly recommend
We go see shows , very beautiful shows and movies and true stories of Korea historically. We loved. Five altars!
What they teach is PROPAGANDA, very misleading. The food they serve is the worst Korean food in Ktown.
This is a great place to come to learn about Korean Culture. They have new exhibits 6-ish weeks so be sure to visit their website for information about their current exhibit. There is also a library and classes to learn the Korean language. K-town is also really close by so you could easily make a full day of immersing yourself in Korean culture.
