Dr. Jeewon Lee is an amazing musician and teacher. Dr. Lee trained at the best institutions in the country and with the most respected musicians. She has extensive solo and chamber performance experiences. Professor Lee is the absolute best. She will get you to work. I recommend Dr. Lee to anyone who wants to study piano, including adults. I used to play piano for many years and did not know how to get back to it. Dr. Lee helped rekindle my relationship to music and helped build back my technique which was dormant for years and years (I am 40 years old). She’s extremely patient but also unrelenting in wanting you to improve your skills. And knows how to motivate you to work hard. I am very thankful for all she’s done for me. It’s never too late to learn and get better!

Piano was a big part of my life growing up - won a lot of competitions and actually considered majoring in piano performance. I ended up pursuing the liberal arts but have always wanted to get back to playing. Took me a long time to find the right teacher, a trained master who can help refine my technique at an advanced level. I was blown away by Dr. Lee’s credentials - she studied at Juilliard, played on international stages, and taught at multiple universities. What’s most impressive is her highly individualized approach to teaching, which has made me a far better pianist than I ever thought I could be. I can’t thank her enough for reigniting my passion for piano and helping me realize my true potential!

Wonderful experience, she pushed me to play at another level and more advanced repertoire I only ever dreamed of playing before and to have it become a reality was magical. She saw a huge flaw in ny technique and diagnosed it as practicing too much on a keyboard which answered so many questions for me as to why I was having issues performing on acoustic pianos sometimes to a live audience. It let me realize I had to build more strength in my hands and I was able to play a lovely concert thanks to her with her full support and guidance.

Dr.Lee is an amazing pianist and devoted educator She is very gentle and thoughtful person I always enjoy her idea of music I strongly recommend her to whoever wants learn or improves their piano skills She will be your best piano teacher ever 🎹
