Needed help translating 1970 Korean birth certificate papers into English. Dropped in to the 2nd floor office and the documents were translated while we took lunch. Very nice and very grateful. Advice: ask for a cost estimate before deciding. Our paid fee was very reasonable.

John and Jenny were very professional. I needed Japanese document translated and notarized asap and they worked efficiently and professionally to help expedite my request. I don’t understand why they have some bad reviews. It is quite the opposite they did a great job will work with them again if needed.

I had my birth certificate translated from Japanese to English. Their response is very fast and translation was done within 24 hours. However, they made tons of mistranslation, misspellings, and even wrong numbers. I marked every single mistakes that they made and had them correct. Their repose was "Our regular translator was sick. His assistant wasn't that good. Please find the attached certified translation. Thank you!" without any apology. Even with my corrections, they did not fix some of their mistakes. I am very disappointed with how they treated their customers. If you consider using this company you better review before accepting.

one of the terrible messed up company with zero customer service, they did a wrong translation of my important paperwork and then disconnect the call after I ask the correction. never use these guys
