Gwinnett Technical College

Great college with amazing instructors. I had both great and tough experiences in my engineering major, but most of the instructors I had were very helpful to my success. My all-time favorite professor was Mr. Gregory Allen. He is extremely knowledgeable in mathematics. I had him for Calculus I and II, and I learned so much in his classes. He is funny, very kind, and always willing to make time to help students better understand the material. GTC is truly blessed to have him.

Attended Berkmar High-school until sophomore year of 2006, left to attend a private school in Manila Philippines for less than a year; ended up coming back to the USA. Figured I wouldn’t want to waste money I don’t have just to have a high school diploma so I began working in the food industry for two years at 16 years old then got my General Education Diploma just in time that I turned 18 years of age. 2008 would’ve been my graduation date but thank God I skipped the whole unnecessary stress of high school & got an equivalent diploma. Came here few times to register for a college prerequisite but I never got any respond from admission back in 2015. It was a mess but now in 2024 so much improvement had taken place. Tagged along with mama since she’s registering for next semester. Great stuff.

Excellent careers to improve in your life. The best option to learn English like Sencondary Language (ESL) for free. Best ambiance and good teachers.

There are a few professors here that actually do their job but unfortunately not many. most of them you will have to go back and check your work yourself and point out where they failed to correct a mistake in the system or do all the checking yourself. Even with financial aid this school is a waste of your money. they will just ignore you complaints about staff who are jut collecting a paycheck for overseeing people teach themselves.

Poorly managed and serious lack of professionalism at this so called "College". It is virtually impossible to speak with any staff that will actually know how to assist students with anything. The staff is unmotivated and they have no work ethic. Whoever is managing the operations and procedures of this place is doing a terrible job. You will only ever receive generic email responses, an online service that will infuriate the user, and an endless phone call directory. Do yourself a favor, CHOOSE A DIFFERENT SCHOOL.

I attended Gwinnett Technical College many years ago. It was a wonderful experience and helped me achieve my work goals. Thank you to all the staff and administrators.

Great Mopar CAP program. Finish Mopar CAP and it is easy to get a really good paying job!
