Wish i could give NEGATIVE stars. Went here 2 times now. Both times were horrible I left with my nails smudged and looking horrible. I tried talking to a female instructor there and showed her she literally said nothing and had no care. I should of walked out and refused to pay. The students are definitely in need of some training in being professional and how to interact with clients. I literally had to clip my own nails because this student was scared. The instructor never came to check on her work she was too busy doing her own nails. Definitely WOULD NOT go here or recommend unless you want REALLY basic mani or pedi with no color. They dont even use cuticle cutters or scrub your feet to remove any calluses. I would love for management to reach out to me to try and correct this but im sure they wont. Horrible!!

If I could give less than one star, I would the student was excellent, she was trying, but she wasn't going fast enough for the instructor who then just picked up a handful of my hair and hacked it, so my chin length taper A line is now under my earlobes. And the top of it is so short, it is sticking up like a spike. And my grandson came to have his done also, and the boy said he had never had to use scissors and pulled out the clippers to my grandson's long, curly hair. Just horrible The instructor never even saw his doing it. The instructor had to be called over named Anna and was angry. And that's why she hacked my hair. The poor girl was in shock. If they don't like to teach, they shouldn't her long plastic nails were clicking in my ears the whole time. This was a horrible experience will never happen again.

Excellent school teaching excellent cosmetology skills. I take my son to get his hair cut and get my hair washed. They do an awesome job! ❤️

They say they are open at 9:30, on Wed through Sat. Then they have evening hours. however it's for the students only at 9:30. then they have a break at 10:30. So i was told to come back at 10:45, so i did n i still had to wait another 1/2 hour before desk person went to get someone for me. So i will not go on Wed until afternoon n i will call first to make an apt. Very very laid back cosmology school.

Ive learned I like the way women cut my hair, dudes make me look like an Edgar. But the woman know how to make someone look normal and good. Nothing against the men, they just don't do what makes me look good, they do what they think is popular

Michelle Carrasco did amazing with my color and cut!! I have long hair and she stuck it out to make sure my hair was perfect

I have gone for updo's, acrylic nails and pedicure, but yesterday i went in for a cut. My hair was almost to my butt (which took me forever to grow) I asked for long layers. When she was done, my hair is just below shoulder length. I kept saying I think you are cutting it too short but she kept assuring my that the shortest layer was just below shoulder length and the rest was still long. I told her how I didnt want my hair short and only wanted 1 inch taken from length to get rid of my dead ends. I lost all my length and I walked out in tears. I will not be going back for hair cuts anymore.
